150 owners and drivers points, 6 week race suspension of crew chief Kevin "Bonno" Mannion and on probation until the end of the year, and $100,000 fine for Mannion. Extreme or not? This fine has dropped Truex to 18th in the championship standings

Nascar has said they will jack up the penalties until the teams get the message "Don't F**K with the Car of Tomorrow! scream " It's just the next step.

You would think that when the Haas cars got in trouble they would have got the message. Apparently not. blaugh

To NASCAR, their are no grey areas on the racecars. If their is then the team that does it, deserves the penalty. And obviously if they got 150 point penalty, NASCAR thinks it was deliberate.

They really have. There was a team that got fined 100point etc, then a team that didn't get fined, and now a team that has gotten fined 150 point etc.
