Back Story: Jetter the Raccoon was a confirmed genius at the age of 3, and had already constructed a nuclear reactor at 8. He was in college at 12, and graduated with a PhD at the age of 24. Stripes, his nephew, was born when he was 21. Unfortunately, Jetter has had a criminal record. He had stolen 60 things by 4, and has been accused of negotiating with Dr. Robotnik. He is in the online court, refusing to leave his lab, and thus far, the only evidence is spectulation.
