Japanese Name: 満月（フルムーン）をさがして

Description: Full Moon o Sagashite is based on the manga of the same title by Tanaemura Arina. The story focuses on 12-year old Mitsuki who loves to sing and wants to become a singer. However, she has a tumour in her throat, which might only be cured at the cost of her voice.
One day, two Shinigamis (gods of death from Japanese mythology), Takuto and Meroko, appear before her with news that she has only one year to live.
In order to realize her dream of becoming a singer, she prevails upon Takuto to transform her into a 16-year old girl and took part in a singing audition. Of course, she passes the audition and starts her singing career, but can she realize all her goals in the time she has left?

ahh! i love full moon wo sagashite! i almost cried at the end when takuto turned around and saw mitsuki! so cute!

I love full moon! Mereko is really cute and so is Mitsuki. But I never saw the anime, I read the whole manga series, though :3

This is one of my favourite mangas biggrin
I love to sing so it kind of fits in with my hobbie, althogh i dont hav a throat tumor... but still
I have watched a couple of eps of the anime... But when i read the manga i pictured her voice completly different to the one in the anime xD so i stopped

That anime was so heart wrenching and I cried so many times watching it.
I thought that Mitsuki was going to have her heart crushed at the end. But I cried so much at the ending, and I loved the music. I downloaded all the songs! ^__^

I loved this series!It was so cute!Especially the end for both the anime and manga version.Though personally I do think that the manga ending was better. ^.^
