"This is stupid..."
"Oh, Kilah, don't be so grumpy!"
"Yeah, chicken girl, have fun with it!"
It wasn't quite an arguement, but it certainly wasn't a discussion either. The voices were that of Kilah (of course), Sango and Twila. The three girls occupied the front yard, and the outfit the Sin'aeis had on would've certainly raised a few eyebrows.
Her usual mostly green attire had been replaced by Sango's old demon slayer uniform. She'd grown out of it, obviously, and as a result this little game had come about. Despite her newly found teenager...ness, the eldest of the sisters still didn't mind a game here and there. Especially one like this.
"All you need is Hiraikotsu!" Sango cheered, admiring her sibling. "You look just like me!" Minus the hair and lack of eyes and such...

"Ugh." Mignon grunted, dusting off the front of her shirt. 'Ugh' was a pretty good way to describe how she felt at the moment. With everyone at the house sick but her, it was, to say the least, hectic. She'd finally had to escape the house and run off. Unfortuantly, it was too late for a pair of her favorate shoes. The poor things would never recover from Conan vomiting on them.
She approached the mannor, an scowl on her face. After spotting the three girls and surveying what Kilah was wearing, she frowned and asked: "The hell are you wearing, Kilah?"

Sango had been happy to see Kilah's little friend, but when she saw her frowning, Sango did, too. Hearing her speak hadn't been much better. It was just a shame! That little girl Mignon had always been so nice, a really good example! Oh well. She guessed it was impossible to keep Kilah from corrupting someone after all. "Let's go find Hiraikotsu, Twila."
Fact of the matter being she new exactly where the boomerang was, but out of common courtesy drug her sister off. As far as she knew, it'd been a while since the two Sin'aeis had time to talk.
Kilah didn't answer, just raised an eyebrow and provided a question of her own. "What's wrong with you?" She didn't sound concerned or curious, infact her voice was quite flat, her hands reaching up to tighten the back of her blindfold.

"I'm surprised you can't smell it on me. There is vomit everywhere at my house." She said huffily, plopping down on the ground by Kilah. She peered at the girl for a few moments before asking:
"You're yourself again, right? Not all smiley and forgetful and such? Are you allright? You gave Lyrus a scare, not remembering him." Me, too.

"For the most part." At least she could provide that. She didn't feel like going into detail about how she was still sharing a body with that other soul, who was as annoyingly peppy as ever. Hopefully, she could get rid of that spirit soon anyway. "Everyone at your house is sick? That sucks."
Sitting down beside her, she crossed her legs and grabbed the front of her feet with her hands, rocking back and forth about. How Sango could wear this daily she had no idea--it was uncomfortable! "Oh, Lyrus..." Her voice trailed off. Would he want to surprise her about his growing? Perhaps, and who was she to spoil that? "You have to go see him sometime. He's got something cool to show you."

"Good." She let out a sigh and stretched her hands out above her head. "I like you just the way you are, Kilah." Finally, she smiled. "Eh, it's okay. I'm not sick, and it made Auntie Pep come back home to help take care of everyone. I just got mad 'cause Conan, who got bigger just like that Sango chick, barfed on my favorate shoes. They smell awful."
"He's got something cool? I'll hafta keep a watch for him, then." She said after a moment of thought. It sounded like those two were getting along again. Good.

"Oh...thanks." THAT was a first, so understandablely she didn't know how to react other than stuttering a thank you. With everyone else it was always 'why can't you be nicer?' or 'you're a b***h' or something. And, okay, so she'd admit she was a b***h, but the way they said it... "Well, uh, I like you the way you are too."
"On your shoes, huh? He probably did it on purpose. Brothers are jerks. Yama got us one, I hate him." The next time she'd speak her voice would be lower, and she hesitated before doing so. "Um..speaking of, have you ever seen Lyrus's brother...?"

"Of course you do." She quipped, grinning. "I'm a wonderful, bubbly little monstrosity."
"Heh. Is he like your sisters?" Mignon twisted her head to one side at the mention of Lyrus's brother. "I've never met him, but Lyrus did say something about how you liked him and didn't like Lyrus anymore."

"I suppose. He's like... I don't know, actually, I've never had a brother before. Lucky said it shouldn't matter if he's a boy or a girl, but he's a jerk either way. He hasn't actually done anything wrong yet, but I don't like him..." The 'yet' was added suddenly. It was only a matter of time until he DID do something, Kilah thought bitterly, and when he did she'd be ready! Of course, everyone else seemed to adore the boy, and given Kilah's hateful status merely brushed any warning of him off.
Fairly soon after she'd brought the 'Lyrus's brother' topic up, she'd regretted it. So, he'd went and babbled to Mignon after all? It was stupid to assume he hadn't. "That's ridiculous," she spat, and could only hope it didn't qualify as a lie.
Mignon had the most annyoing abilities...

She tapped her lower lip thoughtfully. "But since you saw Lyrus with the cool thing, that must mean you two are speaking again, right? That's good. You guys are both my friends, and I don't like it when you fight."
"I don't remember much about what Lyrus said, anyway. I think that was right after I bashed that dumb girl at ballet class." Mignon waved her hand in a dismissive manner. Wasn't important anymore.

Hm... Kilah, too, seemed thoughtful, pulling her hat off and waving it fiddling with it. She'd really thought she'd broken that habit. Really...she did think it was gone, she didn't even notice she did it anymore. It didn't seem to bother anyone but her so far, so it probably didn't matter anyway. "Well, Lucky says it's okay. She says some friends fight, and that only the good friends like me n' Lyrus can fight so much and still be friends."
Lucky was so smart, and Kilah would just-so-happen to forget the acts of violence she and Lyrus had plotted against each other on various occassions.
"Wait, you hit somebody?" Now THAT was interesting. "And I thought getting my eyes ripped out was a big deal..." The last part was to herself. What was going on with the world? Jeesh. Couldn't be sure of anything anymore! "Did she make fun of your hair or something?"

"I'm just glad you two don't hate each other anymore." She smiled, pleased. "You can fight and stuff, just don't hate. Besides, who else are you going to be friends with, Yuki?" She laughed.
"She called me ugly." Complete mood swing at the mention of the word. Her tone went flat and an scowl replaced her smile. "And she lied about it. So, I hit her in the back of the knee with my baton and made her bleed. Got kicked out of Ballet class, but it was worth it." Mignon smiled smugly.

"Oh." Ugly, huh? That was such a stupid reason to taunt someone for. Perhaps she'd have felt differently if she'd been able to see, but the fact was she couldn't, and therefore stood her ground on the matter. Pondering over the Lyrus issue ended up in a sour expression. Yuki...?
The thought of being friends with him wasn't laughable, it was disgusting. "Uh, yeah. Well, he over re-acts sometimes." All his fault. Yep.

"Yup. Now I hafta find another ballet class, but Mom probably won't remember 'cause she's sick. And stupid, too. So I won't get to dance for a while." That didn't bother her too much. Class had been boring, after all.
"You're both silly, sometimes. But it's okay. I wouldn't change either of you for the world." She paused and tapped her chin again. "But I might give Lyrus hair. Like a moehawk. It'd be cute."
