Eye Color: Rich, vibrant ruby red. They should have a narrowed, feline pupil.
Fur Color:
+ Twin tails: choose the cream-colour from the first reference picture, please, and keep the markings~ <3
+ Overall: A cross between a human-ish tone and the colour of her tails. She should be pale...but not totally white.
Inner Ear Color: Faint pink.
Ear Tuft: I would prefer the ear tuft to be taken off, as she is neko, not fox, but her ears should be a dark charcoal, very nearly black.
Marking Description:
+ Front paws are black, with the stripe from Kirara's first ref; should be the same on her hind feet, as well, in the same colour as her ears.
+ The black diamond on her forehead should be faded, but still slightly visible.
Edits:
+ Hair: Kirara, as I'm basing this cosplay off of a fanfic, has delicate, mostly straight hair; it's a pale silver-creamy-gold colour, if that makes sense. It's somewhat wispy, somewhat full, and she has delicate bangs, not tiered as a traditional style back then, but rather.... Well, the bangs upon her forehead are the shortest part, and as they go to the outside, the hair gets longer. See ref. @o@ If the hair colour is tricky, you can make it nearer to the same shade as her tails, but with a hint of golden yellow to it.
+ Clothing: Based mostly upon the kimono ref below; however, her obi should be thinner, wrapped around her waist several times, with the ends trailing along the ground near her hind paws [see ref below]. I want the sleeves as they are in the first kimono ref, with the thin, wavy fabric beneath. As well, the bottom of the kimono doesn't have to cover her back paws, but again, use the same design as the first kimono ref. As for the colour/pattern to it, something complimentary to Kirara, feel free to use the colours and patterns on the kimono from the TekTek ref; the fabric beneath the top layer...should be a creamy white colour, somewhat lighter than her tails. Her obi should be of a contrasting colour to the kimono; maybe a blue colour of sorts? Somewhat light. Fire contained by water/ice.
Chopstick and Bead Colors: Chopstick should look like embers, or fire, colour-wise. Should glow, too. The beads as well.
Collar Color: ...perhaps the same blue as her obi; an accent colour, but it looks lovely~
Reference Images: Kirara Fur Sample; Hair/Bangs Ref; Kimono Ref; Hair Colour Ref [Just make it a tad bit paler, with a hint of cream...and it's spot on; should look like pale golden moonlight]; Obi Example + Hair?
Additional Notes: WIPs are good. <3 ...I can be a bit picky, so it's best if things are editted early, right? -SHOT.- OU. And, if I could get her with just her hair and tail edits on the side before you add the kimono in, that'd be awesome. I'd just use it as an alternate picture...and will happily pay extra for the alternate.

+ Body colour...thinking maybe white? With charcoal-coloured designs; go wild, as long as it looks cool. ^^
+ Blood splatter markings (and maybe a pattern or two) on his paws, hips, and face.
+ FAINT/FADED/FADING scar marks on his hindquarters.
+ PROMINENT scar upon his face which shall never fade. It's the scar that marks him "Fallen".
+ His mouth has been edited to show him almost bearing his fangs, or at least to have them showing.
+ He has silver barbed wire around his front paws, cutting in and making him bleed lightly. He refuses to take them out.
+ He has a grey, bloodstained scarf around his shoulders that is very tattered. [?]
Wing Colour:
+ Wings are patchy, missing some feathers here and there. They're a really dark, inky charcoal, with black being the top portion. There are faint, glimmering lines/swirls of red throughout. (Symbolizing Azrahn, a forbidden Soul-type magic from the books he's based off of.)
Chopstick and Bead colours:
+ His chopstick is white, with a blood spatter pattern.
+ Beads: one matches his eyes, the other is the sparkly black/red that's on his wings.
Collar Colour:
+ Collar is black, with the glowing/glittery red specks/markings like his wings. (Feel free to add interest with swirls or patterns.)

Info On Fallen Gods
Dahl'reisen is only one of a select FEW of the Gods and Goddesses to have fallen from their pedestal of grace. ( I’m thinking 1/25 or 1/50 being Fallen, if any more are to come from people being inspired by my idea…pl0x ask meh first, though! D8 )
...why? (Because it's my idea!? Rofl.)
Gods and Goddesses are only considered "Fallen" if they have KILLED a member of their own kind, meaning any sort of fox. They become lost souls, doomed to wander for an eternity; banished from the heavens. + His body is #E6E6E6, with ice-cracks randomly scattered around, with darker and lighter blues around the cracks, fading into the gray somewhat.
+ His tail is gray with no ice-cracks, but near the end the grey choppily fades into white (to look like a fox's tail, like Vlad) and the veeery edges of that are the light blue colour from the first ice-crack picture...
+ *** I would like his horns to be editted to look like the reference picture (bottom), extending a little ways passed his ears; his horns should look like the ice of his wings.
