Ok i made about 3300g so far... Level 70 shadow dwarf priest(i know ewww, but im going to make it discipline for Wotlk). I have basically pretty good epics on my character. Now I have skinning and Tailoring both to 375... no gathering professions. Should I get an epic flyer? or should i drop skinning and say level enchanting?

Skinning is a gathering profession and leather tends to sell well.
Do all the dailies you can find.
And you'll quickly have the 5k+ gold you need for the epic flyer.
The zoom-zoom will make you wonder how you ever did without it.. and, with the fact that you don't need to make the small stops, you'll begin to save monies quickly because you can go faster than the paid gryphon trips. lol

Truth is skip your dailes.
Pound into doing normal quest for about 8 hours.
Shadowmoon, but mostly Netherstorm,
I make about 100g an hour in doing normal questing.
Along with drops.
In which I actually got 2 epic drops.
Howerver some Dailies can be done along the way in Netherstorm obviously.
And SSO dailies arent that hard.

visit all the midsummer fires, aside from cool gear and a mini pet, it will also make you about 600g

We did all the major cities as well for teh fire ninja hat. Also, epic flyers are awesome. I only have one tho because Im lazy.

You'd be ******** retarded to drop skinning for enchanting when trying to get multiple thousands of gold simultaneously. Chanting will cost you a lot to grind at 70, trust me. A friend managed to get his chanting to 375 recently after switching from mining to chanting at 70, it cost him roughly 6k gold, all told, not including the raiding expenses to roll on the void crystals. I'm not kidding.
Epic flying = so worth it.

To repeat what others have said:
1. Skinning is gathering. Gather leather, sell it. You can make some decent gold on it.
2. Enchanting costs a fortune to level.
3. Dailies, regular quests, and the summer event can bring in a good amount of gold.
4. There's nothing wrong with shadow priests. But if you want to try discipline, go for it; you don't need to explain yourself to us.
5. Faster flying speed is pretty nice. I bought epic flying for three level 70s so far. If I ever get anymore up to 70, I plan on buying it for them too.
