Well, the wording was weird...
"Eternal death for the most faithful companion"
This leads me to believe it's one of two companions:
1) Jack. Death is usually eternal, unless it involves him. But then again, he's got to keep going in Torchwood, doesn't he? Unless there's a reset, in which case, we can kill whomever we want.
2) K-9. The word "faithful" is usually used to describe him and him only.
