The Keystone Prefect Lounge is only for those specially gifted students who have authority over the others. This is where they plan events that involve the whole Keystone Student community, as well as discuss the interactions between Keystone students and the Regular students at the Academy.

Because of the sensitive nature of the Keystone Students, the lounge's Prefects Only rule is strictly enforced for the safety of all students.
