Originally, it was all for AX. But, due to complications, I wont be going, or at least dressed up. Check it out, tell me what you think. All of it's wearable, and a lot of fun to make (personally). In an attempt to prove pirates are better, once and for all (this year's AX theme is ninjas), it was going to create a pirate lolita bunny costume!

The corset has plastic boning, double sided, 12 holes in the back for lacing up. It has a bit of a lace type thing on the top - with a sweet heart line. Last picture, I'm sorta angled funny. Oh well!

The bunny ears are basically jerry-rigged with extra stays and a lot of bored. Muslim and corset fabric.

The eye patch was a spur of the moment, with Muslim and the corset fabric.

Those are very cute and creative.
The corset is very lovely, I didn't read your first paragraph and automatically looked at the pictures. My first impression was, "Going for a Lolita theme perhaps?".

So after reading your introduction, I believe you delivered it pretty well; judging the fact that your audience could recognize what you're goal is. :]

The corset I actually took part of a pattern (Simplicity; The Fashion Historian #9796), and altered it a bit. I wanted it to look shitter. Hahahaha. Everything else was kinda like, "oh, I want to do this. Let's try it!"

Awah, thank you, my lovely. I'm happy I hit it dead on the target! I was going to do a hoop skirt, and a few other lolita-esque things. But, tapped for time. Perhaps I'll continue it for Halloween.

Niiice. <3

Just keep note, Lolita isn't a cosplay-it's a fashion and lifestyle. ^_^
Though you may already know that.

It's hard to keep a life in Lolita-themed. Besides the expensive lifestyle, with our society, it would be taken the wrong way. So it's understandable just to wear it through conventions and halloween.

xxxI'm actually a lolita in recovery. Cons are the only time I'll do it, anymore - after spending nearly 5k on clothes, and making clothing. . . And getting old men chasing me - not pleasant. There is a less harsh form some go into which is just simply, "Princess."

Where did you get the boning? I've been looking for good, relatively inexpensive boning for a while now.
