Any server that isn't owned and operated by Blizzard.
Don't be afraid to ask dumb questions, theres no such thing :3
Well okay there is but this definetely isn't one of them.
A dumb question would be like 'how do you tell the difference between red and green?"
...One of them is red...and the other is green.

Like Karnokoto said, it's a server not run by Blizzard. IMO, they aren't hard to find, but I say from experience to stay away from them.

thank you guys, im still kinda new to the game (6months) and am not up on the slang and terms, for the internet for that matter lol. like is a toon just your charecter?

Yeah, a toon is just a character that you roll. Rolling a toon is just making a character.
