Squad Roster

If you do not yet have a seat, then you'll have to earn it. Every seated member has to at least know two basic kidos taught by either the Captain, Lieutenant, or 3rd seat. If an experienced shinigami transfers from another squad, an examination will be performed on the new member's knowledge of basic kido before earning a seat.
If a member is inactive for a certain amount of time, then that member's seat will be pulled and the next one in line will move up. I apologize for such a extreme guideline, but a seated officer has to be reliable, and active. If you are going to be inactive for a long amount of time, let me know through a PM and you will be labeled as "On Leave" so your squad members know.

*IMPORTANT*

If you are not happy with your seat or feel that it's time for an upgrade, then you are allowed to challenge the seated member above you in a one on one dual in the Tournament thread. In order to make it official, you have to notify me and the person you wish to challenge by PM. If the person you challenge does not comply, then they automatically loose their seat.

The rules for the dual are simple-
-You can only challenge one seat above your own. *
-Godmoding or using kido that is above your skill level (be reasonable): If caught in the act, you will receive a warning, the second time is automatic forfeit.
-The fight is over after both challengers reaches 15 posts.
-Each post will contain more than five lines.

Remember- The winner is not based on who's character is the strongest. The victory goes to the challenger that displays the best RP skill. This will be determined by myself and two other captains.
