You know I can sit right here where I am right this minute and stare at your last 2-3 posts. Especially the ones with many lines that swirl and twist around each other.

Geners
Is the tower drawing Zelda inspired?

No, actually...just something I drew when I was kinda bored.

Tell me about it. Playing with that program is so much fun. It's distracting.

Oh, a physics game called "The Powder Toy". You can play it online in a couple of places, or you can download it here. Enjoy. ^_^

Yup. I had a lot of spare time on my hands...so, I turned it towards a few awesome presents. I also made a plushie of L from Death Note for Chell, but I forgot to take a photo of him before I gave him to her....hm...

Anyway, new (sort of) stuff from while I was away:

User Image
A scribbled comic kind of thing I did on the plane for the lines of a song.

User Image
No idea what this is all about, I was just bored. I changed her clothes about twenty times...still think they look odd.

User Image
Another scribble of some fish...

User Image
Pretty picture of...some girl, I guess.

User Image
A sad fish-monster.

And, a shiny new thing I did in class today, as a response to various pieces by Bach.

(Sorry about all the awful photos...scanning's not working out for me right now.)

Well done, Tori. I especially like your sketchier things. I really enjoy watching you develop.

Thanks. I assume you mean the random girl up there, but honestly, I think I like the sea monster best of all.

Really, I meant your monsters. I think that the brevity and the non-committal line placement end up working in your favor. It's easy to over think a drawing.

Oh, awesome then. I like my monsters. They're fun.

A classmate wanted to do a series of shots involving a bird in a tank full of water, so I helped her out. These are some of the pictures we got as an end result. Combination of her work and mine, so I do not take full credit for these images. In fact, it was mostly her work, her idea. I just assisted and made suggestions, and thought I'd share our results with you guys.

(Note: If you're easily affected by death/images of dead creatures/what have you, these might not be for you. Just a warning. No animals were harmed in the creation of these images - the bird died of natural causes.)

Wow. Those are all great. I like your style. Gods knows I fail at drawing. I'm better at playing an instrument.
