"Now, now, Irene! When you are a fashionista such as I, you cannot simply walk- You must strut, like this!!" Elegancia proceeded to demonstrate the strut she spoke of, with back arched and arms flamboyantly placed on her hips. "Now, I want to see you do it!" She turned her back and waited for Irene's walk, without paying attention to the crowd that had garnered around her.
But with such a large crowd came a huge pressure, as well. Irene awkwardly raised up, hardly the image of Elegancia. Her movements were lethargic and sheepish, and she even tripped! "I-I can't, Ele..." Irene unhesitantly stood up and brushed the debris off of her dress as she stared into the ground. How embarrassing the situation was, and she could feel Elegancia's ocean-blue eyes piercing through the back of her mint-colored hair.
"Ohohoho, I know what the problem is," Elegancia ostentatiously giggled out, "You need something fashionable to wear!!" Irene's eyes glowed at the thought of a new, chic outfit to adorn herself in. Her thoughts were interrupted, however, when she began to feel slightly drowsy...

It was quite a spectacle alright. Elegancia was attracting all sorts of attention in the middle of... Durem. Why they had picked that area to practice strutting, Eiru had no idea. In fact he didn't have any intention to stop by! Unfortunately Yune, like the other people gazing from the crowd, had a curiosity that couldn't be quenched. Eiru had almost walked out of Durem before he noticed that the little boy supposedly trailing him wasn't there anymore.
Partially cloudy day, the television had said. The weather report actually got it right this time, thought Eiru, as he glanced at his watch while walking towards the crowd. I'll just pull Yune away and we'll get on with it. At the moment Elegancia's figure had appeared, he almost laughed. Vaguely remembering her at Rose's shop, the one who had fawned over Yune and then got in his way, Eiru decided to stop and watch them awhile. More for her goddess's sake.. the little minty haired girl didn't seem to be enjoying her lesson very much.
Before Eiru could stop him, Yune had made his way around strangers' legs and ended up in the center himself -- and now he was trying to imitate Elegancia's strutting. "I think she's fashionable..." Yune said with a weak smile that only fooled others; his sleepiness was only a facade, Eiru knew the little boy was bursting with energy.

"Ohhhh, my! It's that adorable little boy from that cute little shop I once visited!!" Elegancia guised her annoyance with an over-the-top exclamation of Yune's appearance, as she remembered how easily he had brushed her off previously. How rude he was before! But, being the ever-forgiving lady she was, she graciously wrapped her slender arms around his torso and squeezed.
"E-Ele, I... I think that boy is special," Irene squeaked out, "He feels funny..." As she stared at her guardian fawning over the semi-god, Irene began to feel a pinch of jealousy. Before, she had been the center of attention, yet she did not want to be. But now that it was no longer revolving around her, she wanted it back. What could she do to reclaim what was her's?
... And then Irene saw him. The man that would forever change her way of thinking.

Yune didn't mind the attention, he didn't seem to be fazed by much, if anything. He patted Elegancia on the head as if she were the child and he was the one fawning over her. "What are you doing here...?" His tiny voiced squeaked slightly as the syllables dropped out of his mouth. "And who is that little girl?" He didn't remember seeing her at the shop.
Eiru was standing near the edge of the crowd, but now he had pushed his way towards the center. Too late. His original plan of escaping had been ruined by Elegancia -- her arms were around the little white haired boy. Eiru looked at her disdainfully, she had her own to obsess over but she made the effort to turn her attention towards his too. "Elegancia. Nice to see you again..." His voice came out smooth, with a touch of warmth that he had mastered from talking with clients. "I see you have acquired your own. One of the 'lost' ones, I presume?" He looked down at the small tanned girl who was staring at him and offered a smile.

Elegancia pretended as if she enjoyed being patronized by the young child, and looked over in the direction Yune pointed. "Oh, that is Irene! We are displaying our youthful beauty, as the people of Durem do not often see creatures as beautiful as Irene and I!" Elegancia placed Yune back on the ground and traipsed around Eiru. "I bet it is, Mr. Eir, I bet it is." Elegancia chuckled diminutively and pulled Irene by the shoulder to her side. "Yes, yes she is! How wonderful of you to notice!"
Irene timidly gave a knee-jerk smile and looked back at the ground. Her gaze eventually led her to Yune, whom she meekly waved at as she released herself from Elegancia's grip. Irene had not often seen other children, so she beckoned Yune over to her by shaking her hand.
