I don't know. I like them all....but I would have to say Ixion, Bahamut, Anima, and Knights of Round(what ever it's called from ff7).

I like fat chocobo from FFVII. That was funny. Shiva is also a cool summon, no matter what FF game she is in.
And I agree Alexander is the best.
