Im interested in buying a dress on ebay! The sellers are cosplay007 and lolitababy1234. Of course they are made in china and the pictures of the dresses are straight from the Japanese brand sites, But I have bought something from china seamstresses before(just not from these people) and it came out fine. I was hoping maybe other people have bought from these sellers and give me a review, or if you have bought stuff from people on ebay tell everyone what to get and what not to get!
I also wanted to know about fanplusfriend!
Thanks!

Read the feedback for cosplay007 and lolitababy1234; both of them have horrible problems with sizing and products not coming out as planned. Most of their positive responses are likely from the same people over time.
FanPlusFriend is much better in terms of fit and quality, but be sure to give them VERY detailed measurements for your skirt and sleeve lengths or it'll end up being too long.

Chances are, a lot of the purchases are all by the same person and that person doesn't know any better. If you're going to buy on eBay, I'd really recommend Fanplusfriend, Cosplay_oh or TSSY2005. They all three look pretty reliable and while TSSY2005 and Cosplay_oh don't use their own photos, they have gotten a number of good reviews from experienced lolitas as to their quality and materials.
These may help you out, some:

Fabie01 well i looked at the reviews and the only negative complaints where about how long the shipping took, but alot of the other reviews look really suspicious. Sometimes negative feedback can removed by the seller in certain circumstances. Personally, stay away from ebay sales. Usually the dresses are overpriced and the quality is questionable.

Suicidal Watercolors momo'sfairytaleland they have uber cute dresses for cheap..and several of my friends bought them, and they are nice for ebay..... NO. This is the new name of Momo's Handicrafts. They have a horrible reputation, their garments are subpar quality for the price you're paying. You can commission something far nicer from a western seamstress, buy something from Bodyline, Anna House or TaoBao, and still pay less than you would Pay Momo's.
I've seen their recent work, and while it's better than it used to be, it still is nowhere near the quality of the other sellers that have been mentioned so far. They have a horrible tendency to cut corners, often sew lace into seams twisted, completely screw up shoulders and sleeves, and routinely make bodices too short, even with custom measurements.
Their success rate is so hit or miss, I cannot in good conscience recommend shopping with them at all.
If you want to buy a custom replica I'd recommend buying through Mashimaro Girl or a TaoBao shop, as their manufacturers are far, far more meticulous than Momo's.
