Aged Gaian

Tres didn't need to anchor his feet to the floor, because he had friction and good shoes on which would allow him to push forward as he felt the opponents hands grab onto his jacket in an attempt to push him away. Tres due to his strength would only need one foot to push in the opposite direction of the direction his opponent was trying to push him in, plus his weight, would put the current position in dead lock.

Also as the opponent began to push, Tres's left arm would grab around the inside of his opponents upper right thigh, giving Tres something to pull on.

Besides, the jacket was open and wasn't tight against Tres's body...all the opponent was doing was pulling the jacket lower on Tres's body and the jacket was ripped on the left side, so rather than the jacket being a good point to manipulate Tres's body on the left side, the jacket would simply rip instead of giving the opponent any control.

Tres's body was not the thing going up, and therefor would do little to keep his legs away. Tres's hips were the factor that allowed Tres to knee his opponent in the face, with his right knee, which he would still be doing all along. Tres's body would push down on the opponent to keep him from escaping while his hips (right side) would come up and smash towards the opponents skull.

While Tres's head would stay looking down at the opponents lower abdomen, because of his attempt at separating them failing, the opponents hypothetical thought of kicking his right leg up to Tres's face would be hard unless the opponent was really, really, flexible.

So yeah...

SMASH SMASH SMASH, went Tres's right knee.

"Oh, Oh,*Smash* I'm sorry, *SMASH* maybe me laying *SMASH* on top this guy *SmASH!* and beating his face *SMASH!* with my knee is too *SMASH!!* damn complex for you *SMASH!!!* people", Tres was obviously pissed about something.

::Upon finding that the jacket was ripping as he pushed it, Deity simply adhered his palms to Tres' sides the same way his feet were sticking to the floor. The ripping of the jacket lowered his hands just below his opponent's ribs, but he didn't have any time to reposition. As it was now, anywhere his hands went the flesh on his opponent's sides would come off before the grip was broken. All Spider-Man like.

Likewise not being a slouch, even as Tres continued to hold the position Deity continued to push him away and now to their right. He was able to see behind him and thus jerked Ecstuffuan in that direction as he saw the knee rise. If things went well he'd push his opponent too far away anyway, but he really didn't want any knee for supper. Tres'd end up losing his balancing to his right or kneeing the floor before he hit Deity's head.

Still the boy was pushing Tres and pulling himself away simultaneously. That said, the hand grabbing his leg stalled any progress on either end - it would be easy to unanchor his foot and thus remove the leverage Tres got from it, but then he'd probably try and break it something. The dude was mean like that. Also wasn't any point in escaping just to remain caught by the leg. The man wasn't much heavier than a human if at all and as such the strength of Deity's legs and his arms would find pushing him aside as simple as getting up. Only the hold on his leg was really hindering him.

With Tres' left arm up though, as Deity pushed away, down and to his right, he began to shift his hips to his left. He couldn't move too much due to the positioning of his boots, but if he could get himself onto his side he'd be able to push himself to freedom without needing to use his feet as anchors. That was, if Tres wasn't pushed away sooner, or...like...didn't turn into the Hulk or something.::
