Today is a solemn day, for this morning, the legendary comedian and wise man George Carlin passed away.

Whether you loved him or hated him, this man is a legend in the world of comedy and that the world of comedy will no longer be the same. Carlin was a genius, a man who wasn't afraid to speak his mind, poke fun at or openly ridicule the establishment.

May Joe Pesci rest his soul, for he will be missed and missed dearly.

It's George Carlin, one of the most famous comedians in history. He was also on a lot of TV shows and in a lot of movies (if you ever saw Cars, he was the voice of the hippy bus).

Speaking of people who died. What about Tim Russert? That was pretty sad, even though I always made fun of him. My grandparents & I called him Mr. Scowl because he had MAJOR frown lines for a while. He either lightened up or got botox a few months back though.

I never watched Meet the Press, I saw him on NBC Nightly news with Brian Williams! biggrin Brian Williams is awesome.
