KARNOKOTO
A boss with a large white harpy model. Inside the LOLWTF raid instance within Azshara (omg its finally a useful zone!!) Karnokoto drops no gear, just 100 badges and several hundreds of gold. Everyone in the raid will also get a noncombat kitten pet upon her defeat. Kitten colour is random.

Setup:
2 tanks
3 healers (resto druids are crucial in this fight)
ranged dps is preferrable



Abilities:
-Wing Buffet (10 yd knockback in a frontal cone much like Cone of Cold)
-Cleave
-Rake (20 sec bleed effect hitting for about 400 dmg every tick)
-Cyclone (raid wide, lasts 10 seconds, breaks on damage. Usually hits just before a Rake)
-Chain Lightning (Karnokoto will randomly target a player and cast Chain Lightning on them. Chain Lightning is instant cast. Aggro table does not appear to have an effect on which player is targeted. Hits for about 2k initially, down to 1k dmg. Jumps three times.)
-Birds (Karnokoto has several white birds encircling her at all times, and will strike anyone within a 10 yd radius of her every 5 secs or so for 500 dmg)



Strategy:
-Tank A must tank Karnokoto with his back to the far northeast wall, as she does a frontal knockback periodically.
-Tank B will be second on the aggro chart, to the side of the boss, but with his back also to the wall. This is to split the cleaves between the two tanks. If one tank takes the full cleave, it will be impossible to heal, as a cleave on a single target hits for roughly 15k-17k dmg.
-Every twenty seconds Karnokoto will cast Cyclone on the entire raid. Cyclone is always preceded by a Rake on Tank A. Since Karnokoto does not hit particularily hard it is possible for a single resto druid to keep the tank alive through the duration of Cyclone with all his available hots. All healers, however, should be prepared to heal the tank upon exiting Cyclone.
-Karnokoto casts Chain Lightning once during Cyclone, but since it is random it is not a good idea to trust that the Chain Lightning will hit one of your healers and break the Cyclone.
-If your melee dps is taking too much dmg, they should back out of the Bird radius and bandage.

Karnokoto is on a 5 minute enrage timer, where she hits 50% harder 50% faster. It is possible to kill her with t5 geared dps within the 5 minutes, as her health is relatively low compared to other bosses within the raid instance.
After 10 minutes she will enrage teh hardcorez, wiping the raid.

Should have some chain mind flaying with an attached mana burn with it XD And don't forget the random mind controls, and she eats your dead when she enrages. Each corpse she eats she has her damage increased by x%.

Found in Ungoro (OH SNAP)

Model is a giant green haired mutant freak.

Abilities -
Eat noodles. - Causes him to be healed for the amount of hp his current target has.
Internet Hardman - Undodgeable attack that incapacitates the target, making them break down and cry for 5 seconds.
Made of win - He jumps between the top 3 people on the threatmeter, rubbing his arse in their face and leaving a DoT that hits for 200 per second for 10 seconds. Cannot be dispelled etc.
Ventrilo Screamer - Makes high pitched noises and cries like a girl about loot and unfair play. Fears everyone for 3 seconds.

Start - Figure it out yourself. surprised

Loot- Giant spade used to dig into a crater behind the boss. The legendary spade can also be used as a weapon as it has stats and is a 2h Mace. +55 Stamina and +38 Str. Also has a random buff, which may include PILEDRIVER - Gives the Effect of Mongoose, and also causes the enemy target to fall to his knees for 4 seconds, unable to move.

Also gives a large sum of gold (about 50g per member of the team surprised ), 4 badges.

Random T8 can be dropped of this boss but its a 1 in 1000000000000000 chance. Goodluck.

idk what i am i'm complaining.

Abilities:
Overwhelming Disconnect- Chance on spell cast to disconnect an important raid member. Only targets tanks and healing classes. Druids are two times as vulnerable to this as any other player.
Lag Burst- Graphical spell. Does zero damage, but effects half of the raid with a 2 second lock up for no reason. May occur to different players every reset. Chance on spell cast to proc whining.
Loot n Scoot- Causes your restoration shamans to get loot. When afflicted by loot n scoot, transfer will cool in two weeks, causing the player to mysteriously disappear from the guild roster.
Summer Job- Causes a random raid member to get a job that conflicts with your raid schedule. Sometimes cast at the same time as loot n scoot.
Ledge Boss- Oh god please don't ******** fall I just popped elixirs and used food goddammit why did I ******** do that
Blessing of Paladin Retardation- Your paladins lose their memory, causing them to be suddenly unable to bless appropriately and forget how to use pallypower.
Leatherworking Check- 1 MINUTE ENRAGE TIMER LOZLLZLIZELRD

Strat
If you have recently wiped, wait it out and make sure all of your raid's cooldowns are up. This means everything from trinkets to Fire Elemental totems.
Set up a solid Drums of Battle rotation amongst all groups capable of using them.
Swap your Shaman out of healing groups and into DPS groups to use their Bloodlust/Heroism, then swap them back out. DPS needs to gain every buff it can get.

Abilities:

LOLCYCLONE: The boss will randomly cyclone one of the paladins every 10 seconds and effect will last for 15 seconds. Paladins can not be bubbled or dispelled out of LOLCYCLONE.

Pillar Hump: The boss constantly goes behind pillars in the room causing all ranged dps to Q_Q and melee to pull their hair in frustration. Some hunters will go to the WoW forums and Q_Q about their underpowered class.

Lifebloomawesomeness: Everytime the boss losses 10% HP they will start stacking a lifebloom on to themselves. If not dispelled in 3 seconds the lifebloom will restore 10% life back. When dispelled returns 7% of health back to boss.

Feralawl Charge: When any healer ques up a heal greater than 2 seconds casting time. Indigogold will automatically turn bear form and feralawl charge that player. All spell schools are on a 10 second cooldown. Ability has a 10 second cooldown.

Root and Run: Every thirty seconds your melee will be rooted, with roots having 30% to resist to dispell. Ability can not be absorbed by grounding totem, and the boss will assume travel form and run off, behind a pillar.

RAWR: When boss hits 10% life turns into a bear with 17 k armor and 20% + resist to all magic.

A Modern Day Kid arrow M.D.K.

Abilities:
1. Fart and burp out ABC's ( Causes polluted air and suck out 10,000 of health points)
2. Could damage your character's brain and cause 0 Intellect until killed M.D.K.
3. Steals your armor. Rip you apart. Then finally sell your armor in E-Bay for 10 bucks.

Abilities:
Chain Heal - Does this 90% of the time. Heals three targets, each subsequent target after the initial hit will receive 50% less total healing.
Mana Pot Chug - Does this 10% of the time. Gains 1800 - 3000 mana with each potion.
Leet Skills - Gains 40% more mana from potions.
LOLer Tide Totem - Gains more mana.
Chocolate Rain - Some stay dry while others feel the pain. DoT, Slow, Poison.

Strategy:
Wait until she runs out of mana.

(It's a resto shaman, you wont be waiting long.)

boss name: Kayariy
location: no clue lol

Raid make up:
four tanks is a minimum, one a fire resistance tank
lots of interrupts
6 mages or rogues is very good, also at least one person with offensive dispel abilities

Strategy:
boss area is a circular chamber. Boss is standing in the center of the room, with three dandiidoodads standing around them. The dandiis must be tanked, or they will run around destroying the raid. this encounter is unique in that if no one person attacks them, they will run around killing people, but they will focus on the first person who attacks them, so threat generation isn't that big a deal on the dandiis. just attack, they will try to kill you until you die, or the phase changes.
For phase 1, the boss is immune to all damage. Dandiis must be tanked separately. If you tank them too close together, they aoe heal each other. phase 1 ends when all the dandiis are dead. If you don't kill them within 30 seconds of each other, they rez. at full health.
For phase 2, all three dandii tanks get a debuff that increases spell damage taken by 1000%. Yeah.................. they aren't tanking the boss. The dandiis rez, but they're immune to all damage, so don't bother with them. however, they are not immune to counterspell or kick, so put two rogues or mages on each dandii. The boss is a combination of mage and shaman, with Flametongue weapon. Will randomly cast Fireball at the tank. btw, Fire resistance is good..... And the dandii's cast rejuv, regrowth, lifebloom, and nature's touch. when the boss dies, the dandii's rez her, and the whole thing repeats. If Phase 2 lasts more than 8 minutes, Kayariy will Evocate, and when evocate ends, will start dealing 30% more damage. This effect lasts through her death, so she will still have it when the dandiis rez her.

Summary:
Kayariy is designed to be a major gear check for healers and DPS. DPS need to be able to burn the boss down fast, before too many Evocates. A raid also needs someone to dispel the instance cast hots the dandiis give her, because they are VERY strong.
