The crowd was hyped up after the match before, but they were pretty shocked when 'Paradise City' by Eighteen Visions hit the speakers for the second time of the night. They cheered, hoping that General Manager Tyler Rounds was coming out to do some good. The curtain opened, and he stepped out onto the entrance ramp as the crowd was half between cheers and boos! His music continued as he strode down the ramp towards the ring, doing exactly as he did earlier when he announced Team GCW! Finally, he got to the ring and walked up the steps. Tyler stopped at the top as he stepped out onto the apron. When he stopped, he looked out at the crowd before stepping into the ring through the ropes. Tyler had a microphone in his hands, and his music died down. He then waited for the crowd's cheers and boos to calm down before raising the microphone to his lips and beginning to speak.
"Alright, what a great night it has been huh? We've had the return of two legends for Team GCW, and some great matches!" Tyler stopped and leaned against a turnbuckle in a casual manner before beginning again.
"Anyways, I guess a bunch of you are wondering to yourselves, 'Why is this guy out here again?' Well, I'm out here to announce a match at the upcoming GCW Pay Per View, Summer of Sin... Well, actually... Three matches!" The crowd cheered at the thought of knowing three matches before the Pay Per View even started!
"Well, I guess I'll start with the big one... The MAIN EVENT!" The crowd erupted as he began again! "We already have one title match confirmed for the event... That being the return match of the 'Darkest Demon', Lucifer, taking on Harli for the GCW Xtreme Championship!" The crowd erupted, clearly ready for that match to take place! "Well, now the Main Event is for another title... The GCW World Heavyweight Championship!" The fans were clearly ready to crown a champion as they started a 'GCW' chant of EPIC proportions!
"Well, before that match can take place, two winners must come forth out of these four competitors... We shall have two matches earlier in the night to determine who moves on to the main event, to wrestle for the title... The first of the two matches, pits the former GCW World Heavyweight Champion... 'Primetime' Jacob Meyer against the GCW newbie... Raven..." The crowd erupted, partly for the return match for Jacob Meyer, and partly for the first match for Raven.
"Now, the other match... I am hoping will end the heat between these two wrestlers... Seeing as how they are both members of Team GCW..." The crowd cheered, knowing right away which two wrestlers were in the match! "Well, I might as well cut to the chase... The other two wrestlers will be Nuke Fusion... And Xavier Cross!" The crowd cheered, knowing there was some heat between the two! "And the losers of each of the singles matches will then face off against EACH OTHER! To decide who gets the first match against the new champion, the week after that... On GCW's Adrenaline Rush! Now, all I have left to say about the Pay Per View is... That to figure out who has the heart of a real champion... The Main Event for the title... Will be a Last Man Standing match..."
'Paradise City' hit the speakers, and Tyler dropped the microphone, before stepping through the ropes and walking down the steel steps. He then strode confidently up the ramp, and went backstage through the curtain as the crowd continued to cheer!

He apologises, but is trying to get it sorted as quickly as possible.]] ((How long does he believe it'll be out? I'm not starting the Pay Per View until the first of July.))

He seems to think a couple of weeks. Minimum. Perhaps, if he can't make it in time, you can give him his shot later on? It's just an idea. Otherwise, you could just make it an Auto-Win at the PPV.
