"yea. Still here." She smiled brightly in a springful manner. An action no one ever saw.. not even her sister ren. Adopted one. "You'll see the problems soon.."
She trotted around a little and circled around before stopping and walking back to him. Sitting in front of him.. Then looked to his tail. "Maybe we should try and get you back home.. You have parents.. I bet they worry." Like Tsu does for all his kits and his mate.. Then she moved her face close to his and nuzzled him.. Blushing some.. and nipped his cheek to his ear. The affection she shared with Ren sometimes..
Her tail flicking softly as she looked to his tail almost worried like that if they were to walk out she might need a big leaf to cover it D:! Nuzzling her forehead against him a little like a kitten would.

 Tori liked when Jei smiled. It was cute. And it didn't seem like she did a lot of it. So, seeing all her smiles, made him feel good. But he still wasn't sure he'd see these problems she was always talking about. If he couldn't see them now, why would he see them later? It didn't make sense to him. So, he would just let her believe what she was going to believe. 'Cause he still didn't think it was true. That she had all these "problems".
"I'll keep a look out for thesse 'problemsss'." He said, as if he was sure he wasn't going to see any.
He watched as she circled him.. What was she doing now? He decided to sit up. He had been lying down for quite a while. Hearing what she said, it was probably true. But since it was raining, they surely had to know he was hiding out from it. He was sure they knew he wasn't fond of rain and the sorts. So they had to assume that he was safe. He always came back home in the end. But his thought of his parents was suddenly interrupted by Jei's random nuzzling. Even thought Tori was a bit of a flirt.. A lot of the time. He wasn't very good with close contact with otehrs... He doesn't quite like it at the moment. So her random affection was making him a bit shaky.. But all he could really do right now was look at her weird.. He didn't want to push her away.. All her smiles might go away.
"Umm.. I don't think my parentss will worry to much.. I alwaysss come home." He nodded, giving a nervous smile.
(( I always forget about all the extra 's's. XD ))

"Hm. How odd. Well if you want I can help take you back home.. I think I has enough energy for that." She looked down at her burnt paw- overlooking it as she passed through her sight of all hers legs there were rather shaky from the thunder.
Her tail wagging softly as she trotted up almost to the entrance. Just a few feet more and she'd be outside. Alone. Again.
This moment doesn't last.. not like this.. She sat down and looked back, curling her tail around herself. "I bet we could pull it off. Besides.. It would help his parents. Thinking back. "They might be looking for you right nao. You never know." Her ears slick down. Like her father was- to eat her.

"Are you sssure you're up for that?" He asked curiously.
He watched her walk to the entrance of the cave, only going after her once she rested in place. His firey tail moved back and forth as he looked over to her. She was an interest kit, but there was something about her.. It made him want to protect her, you could say? She always seemed to be quite negative, and there didn't seem to be many negative things about her.. Not only that, but he could still remember the day her paw was burnt. It still felt quite bad about it..
"They might be.. But I'm not to sure. I haven't been out that long." He looked to the outside of the cave, then back to her.

"yea.. If its to get you home safe." She tried a smile. "Its my way of saying sorry for trying to burn out your tail.. right?" It was that sad sorta smile.. "Stay here. I'll get a leaf.. a bug one.. then we could move out."
She looked out and looked at the bushes.. anywhere that was close enough for her. Her ears slicked on the back of her head.
"I can hear the thunder.." She felt it through her bones when it sounded.. like a warning sign. It was .. like she would disappear."Enough that." The brace made of woods and such things around her leg moved oddly with her as she darted out in the air. "Stay there!" SHe called out.. as she went in search of a leaf big enough for him..

Tori just smiled at Jei. How nice of her to help him home! She didn't have to, yet she offered anyway! And yet, she had "problems"..? He still couldn't see what she was talking about. All he saw was a nice, and tad bit of a lost kit.. Not only that, but cute! Haha. And with that, he seemed to have lost his train of thought. It might've been him trying to figure out what her "problems" were, or him thinking how cute she was.. Or maybe it was just the rain..? Either way, he came to a blank. And before he knew it, he caught her last words of her telling him to wait where he was.
"W-wait..?!" But he was to late, she was already darting out of the cave.
He just looked out, into the rain. It was still a bit heavy.. But not as it was when they first were in the cave. He looked at his tail, and back outside. The thunder seemed to make his eye randomly twitch. Sometimes, he thought his tail was way to much of a hassle.. Way to much. Now it was making a poor kit run out and find him a leaf.. It should be the other way around.. How disappointing to his charming ways.
"You are to much.." He slightly growled to his tail, before looking back out, waiting for Jei to return~

She didn't much hear him now that she was out and about. The rain was hitting her face as she broke her speeds limits from her rested bones. It hurt- sorta.. but the feeling was like an adrenalin rush.
Why am I doing this..
She stepped and threw herself against one side to dart away from bushes in her way with some small leafs. "THESE WONT DUE!" She growled out at nature..
Its a rush..
She kept searching- slicking under the bushes and cringed but didn't stop when thunder bellowed through the forest.. Then a .. palm looking tree was there. Stuck out completely.. the leafs weren't as big she wanted... but she jumped to the bark and jumped- crawling on it and yanking with all her might to get it off.. once she did though. Damage was dealt. She fell and slammed against the ground.. it looked so slow.. It hurt so bad. That it soaked up all her body..
Then a big whelp of air came in to her lungs and words of Tori was swirling around. She had to get to him- how he was so kind.. So kind.. he had to! Her arm pulled down as her body went up. A light cringe and biting her lip as she turned herself over and started for the cave again..
Her tail dragging...as she got to the place.. Just enough distance to see it.. She felt really happy. In a while.. she hadn't felt so much happier to do something for someone. She had the leaf in her mouth as she made a quirky smile.. Her shoulder had come out fo place and not too noticeable.. she pulled forward. Then when under the security of the cave she put the leaf to her side. "Lets get you home."

Tori watched out the cave, awaiting Jei's return. He still felt quite bad, he didn't want her to go out there and look for something to cover his tail.. She had already looked bad when he first found her. Who knows what could happen while she's looking around out there. Something could attack her.. Or she could slip and fall into a ditch or something. Thinking about all the trouble she could get into by herself began to make him quite worried. He looked out anxiously to see if he could spot her, but there was no luck.
He decided to lie on the rock floor, head on his paws, still awaiting her arrival. She might no have been out that long, but to him, she had been gone to long! Where had she gone?! But in only a moment, she appeared, on her way back. Tori sat up quickly, letting his tail slowly sway back and forth. However, as she come closer to him, there seemed to be something wrong. There wasn't any visible problems.. But he felt as if something had gone wrong. He waited for her to reach the cave, before he would say anything.
Once she was finally to the cave, he scanned her over. There didn't seem to be any open wounds of the sort. If that was the case, how come he felt as if something was off? He looked at her a bit concerned, and some what serious. Not two emotions one would find in Tori at the same time. He would barely become serious. Unless he were dealing with his brother. But when it came to Jei, be would only be anything but kind.
"Are you alright?" He asked in a bit of worry.
He hoped she would tell him if there was something wrong..

Him laying there was a surprise with itself- she thought he'd be gone for some reason but he was there.. waited for her. Or so she came to conclusion on her own.. When she walked.. her front paws hitting the ground she had a slight limp to the left one.. the one opposite to where she had her burnt marks..
Huh? What was wrong? She thought about.. She fell.. but she didn't much feel the pain yet.. but she would soon.. Oh she wound. Her arm felt a lil wiggly.. scanning it she found no open wounds.. so she guessed she was fine.. "Of course I am~ I think." A quirked looked .. then she pulled beside him the leaf. "Heh.. If we stay here too long.. again. your parents.. so lets go~" She chimed.. curling her tail around the leaf's steam and pulling it up above his tail.. Keeping the flame protected some..
She looked out a moment.. her ears flicking to hear or see any enemies near by- when she found none still..would it be safe? For them to leave? They had a good chance of defense in this small cave.. but. Yea. he had to go home... maybe she could even see.. where he came from.. That'd be nice.. a light blush came to her cheeks..
'What am I thinking!' She growled in her mind and shook her head of those thoughts..

Tori would never never leave company without saying he was gonna leave. Especially not when someone went out of their way to find his a leaf to keep is fiery tail from getting put out. Not only that, but he had grown quite fond of his new company. He wouldn't just up and leave. But there was something different about her, when she came back. And not in a good way. He couldn't help but feel as if something had gone wrong. Something had happened to her. He did find her, in not so great conditions.. Who knew how capable she was to go out on her own. So! He did what a charming, good kit would do.
Getting up, he walked up behind, and lowered his head. Putting himself in the position to make Jei slide right on his back. Without any questions. He looked at her with a smile. He just knew something was wrong, even if they couldn't see it. And he didn't want her walking around, especially since he didn't know what was wrong.
"No worries, everything is fine now." He continued to smile, and began to walk out of the cave~

this was a surprise even to herself. As soon as he came up next to her.. she quirked her neck to the side to watch what he was doing but nothing could prepare her to having being lifted up.
She gave out a yelp before clinging on to him. Scared.. A light shiver before she realized.. he .. just picked her up. Once she opened her eyes after instinctively closing them when lifted, she saw that. Smile.
A blush came to her face.. as she just tightened her grip in a clinging sorta way.. Her tail instinctively curling around his to lift the leaf over the tail effectively. If he was gunna carry her.. by hell she wouldn't pay him back..
But this. Felt nice.. she rubbed her nose within his fur.. he ears tucking back as he walked on with her on his back. This.. was better than a dream. In which she thought she didn't wanna go to sleep to miss.
Though she really REALLY hated rain.. right now. this moment. She didn't even mind it.. letting it drizzle all over her body.. it just made her cling to him tighter so she wouldn't fall off..Closing her soft green eyes..
I love rain.. It wasn't enough to voice out- but she felt it in her heart..
