i really need help with this guys. i need to practice them over the summer so i can get into symphony AND jazz band. thanks alot.

The blues scale can be applied to different scales, so let me give you the pattern, using a major scale's notes as an example (all of these are in concert, sorry!)
Ok, so let's call our notes 1sts, 2nds, 3rds, and so on, to 8
So, therefore, Bb, in the Bb Major scale, is 1st, C is 2nd, etc.
The blues scale goes:
1st, flat 3rd, 4th, sharp 4th, 5th, flat 7th, 8th, and back down
Here's a few examples:
Bb Blues Scale:
Bb, Db, Eb, E, F, Ab, Bb
F Blues Scale:
F, Ab, Bb, B, C, Eb, F
