Note that this is not the same as the one where you say which character the person above you looks like. In this thread, you shall relate stories of times when people have told you that you were a Harry Potter character.
Anyways.... When I was in Sophomore year, Theatre II, my teacher always had us do a journal entry. One day, the entry was 'If you could be any character in any musical, movie, or play, who would it be and why?' Well, I couldn't choose, so I turned to my friend Colton and asked what he thought. He told me that he thought I'd be an excellent Trelwyney, because he thought I could pull off the out there, not all here thing to perfection. I thought it was odd, and was kind of offended, but eventually I grew to like it.

This is fun! My friends say I'm most like Diana, the character I play who IS a witch, but not from the Harry Potter Universe. That's why I think it's fun to be at Hogwarts now!
My best friend though really longs to fly and play Quidditch. He'd be a good Oliver Wood!

I haven't really been said I'm most like any character except for maybe Hermione. We used to have the same like huge puffy hair (thank god both of ours has calmed down lol), and we both love to read?
And I guess our personalities are sort of a like although she is much more uptight than I am lol.

I've been called Hermione, because I have brown hair and always have my nose stuck in a book. Plus, I'm good at impersonating her when she says "Now if you'll excuse me, I'm going to bed before either of you come up with another clever idea to get us killed, or worse expelled."
I've been called Moaning Myrtle, because I was talking to a friend and did an impression, and some preppy girl who had seen the movie because of her nerdy little sister heard, and I was Myrtle for the rest of the year.
I've been called Tonks, because people think I'm quirky like her (that's why I went as her for Halloween), and I would totally walk around with oddly colored hair if I could (I actually am going to do my hair like X-Men's Rogue, except purple instead of white, as soon as I graduate).

I used to know a girl who was similar to Hermione, though not as annoyingly bookworm-ish. She had poofy hair and read a lot, though. :3
As for myself... my friends say I'm Pansy Parkinson sometimes. And I've dressed as her more than once, so there you go. As I love Draco and I act a lot cooler than I really am.

Well in my freshman year biology class my friends said I was definately Hermione because I was way smart. Though since I was a total idiot in that class I don't think they had a very good argument. We got to laughing and talking about what our brains were. My two friends said they had just upgraded to a computer while I was clear up at Generator.
In that same year I let this girl talk me into bleaching my hair and mixed with the blonde I already had I had white blonde hair and everyone called me Malfoy's sister.
I have also passed as Lily because I'm really nice to everyone, but at the same time you are not allowed to pick on anyone or I get bratty and go all off in your face.
