Ahn-Young-Ha-Seh-Yoh = Formal 'Hello' Ahn-Young = Nonformal 'Hello,' but used more if you are friends.
Hello's are the best way to start... ^_^

From the CD/book program I'm learning, it sounds as though when greeting people, you can say, "Chal chennaseyo?" Which I believe means 'How are you' as and when another repeats it in response, it's supposed to mean, 'I'm doing fine.'
Another thing I noted was that there is a title of respect which one can add to the end of an individuals name. They said "ssi". My program seems to pronounce it like the English word, "She."
This is probably irrelevant, but the other phrase that I know is "Makjuu hana chuseyo" = I would like a beer.
I also believe that when "yo" is attached to the end of verbs or phrases, that it is in polite context.
Sorry I couldn't be more help. I'm not the best speller yet, but this is what I can remember so far from my program..
Good luck!
