2. One Legend per Guardian - You shape your own legend, and if you have two, chances are high that you may neglect one. There is a lot of responsibility in caring for one Legend. Plus, we want everyone to have a chance at a legend. However, there may be exceptions to the rule, but only in the case of specifically appointed auctions or events.
3. Do not PM or send a trade to Cheshire - Just like a lot of shops, we co-own the shop. There should be no reason to PM Cheshire. If you have any questions and are in need of contacting someone from this shop, PM this account, jacknblack, only. We appreciate it if you do not annoy our hard working artist.
4. Be respectful to everyone! - Everyone is dedicated to their Legend, so disrespecting a guardian would not put you on good terms with us at the Headquarters. On top of that, rudeness towards others, whether they are guardian or stalkers, will not be tolerated and will earn you a spot on the blacklist.
5. Co-owning is not allowed - It doesn't make sense to have two owners attempt to keep a Legend's journal and roleplay up to the same par as others with single guardianship. If a guardian is not being properly cared for, we will give them a warning of the risk they're running by neglecting the attention a Legend needs. Hiatus should be expressed in the thread and have a legitimate excuse outlining your absence. If you are planning on leaving Gaia, you have the choice of appointing a close friend, someone with whom you can trust your character with, to take over the duties as guardian. Otherwise, we will step in and find the best possible guardian we can.
6. Under NO circumstances will a preowned Legend be sold by their gaurdian! - You made a commitment with the shop to care for your child. If you feel that you cannot take care of your Legend, then we will discuss options in private. Selling your Legend is prohibited and absolutely out of the question.
7. RolePlaying is required - You will be required to post in your journal at least one every two weeks. This is not a hard task - turn on your computer, sit down for half an hour once a week and write an entry. Simple. If you absolutely cannot find the time, we suggest passing along guardianship or talking to us about the other option.
8. Put your Legend's journal to good use - How else can we find out the vital information and daily goings-on in your Legend's life? It is wise to document, also, roleplay you have done, whether in the thread or elsewhere. We try to read absolutely everything, and this comes in handy when quest time rolls around.
9. Never ask for us to sell/give you one. - You can acquire a Legend through flatsale, flaffle, raffle, contest, auction, breeding, or pet trade. We will not just hand them out for no reason.
10. Refrain from PM'ing Legend Guardians - Yes, they have a Legend. If you have a question regarding the Legends, ask us at this account. Please do not bother our guardians. If we hear anything about a person annoying them, you will be blacklisted.
11. We are allowed to keep secrets! - We run the shop, therefore we are allowed to keep our mouths shut about future planned events, plots, and other such secretive things.
12. If you dare threaten us, we'll threaten you back. - We're not going to be trampled all over. We'd greatly appreciate it if you refrain from any threats. Threaten us to take a pet back, we'll do the exact same. Actually, threaten us, and we'll take your Legend away. We are NOT a doormat to be walked all over. We are a respectible breedables shop in which won't tolerate anything.
13. If you have a problem with the way this shop is run, then leave. - We are tired of people trying to tell us how to run the shop. We do things a certain way for a purpose, therefore your input might not be needed. Feedback is always good and helpful to notice things we've done wrong, but constant nagging and suggestions for doing things that would benefit you are NOT appreciated.
14. We have the right to change these rules however we please - Meaning, if we missed something here, we can easily modify or add to our leisure.
15. READ THE ENTIRE FRONT PAGE!! - We say this becuase we get stupid PMs about things that are on the front page, then those people get blacklisted for being so ignorant. It's okay if you post a question, but PMing floods our inbox.

Guild Rules_____ 1. When posting a topic, please follow the guidelines we set for you. -
[PRP]: This thread is for a private roleplay. Only those that are invited may participate.
[RP]: This is a public RP thread and any may come in and join to roleplay.
[J]: The journal of the Legend and his or her guardian.
[FA]: This thread is for fan art of the Legends.
[MSL]: Should this be seen, that means it's a minishop for the Legends.
[OOC]: Anything that is out of character or does not have to do with roleplay must be marked as OOC. If it's a chat thread or the like, this should be in the title.
2. Journals can be here in the Guild or in the RP Forum. - Guardians do have the option, now, of having their journals here in the guild or in the Breedables RP forum. The option is yours, as well as transferring posts to the new journal.
3. By posting here, you understand that this is a Breedables guild. - Not just a guild with a spiffy idea. ;3 And if you join the Guild, you are expected to post frequently at the thread. Otherwise, what was the reason of your joining? smile

2. Try to RP with a variety of people - Sure, your Legend doesn't have to like everyone. But does that mean that they have only one friend? Give them variety! Sometimes, a little tension here or there is a good change. Although we cannot enforce this rule actively, it is just disappointing if you didn't embrace new opportunities.
3. ONE JOURNAL ENTRY EVERY TWO WEEKS! - That is the minimum amount of posts. We will let three weeks slide, and if you don't post a hiatus notice or a journal entry, you will be given a three week timeframe to reply to a warning PM that we send you. If you post that you're going on a hiatus in your journal, and we see that you've been posting in other places in Gaia, your Legend will be taken away. Your chances of regaining another Legend is slim to none. Lieing is not tolerated. Your legend will be taken away if you do not give us a reply to the PM we sent you. If you return, with a good lengthy paragraph why you've been gone, you won't get your legend back. We hope that you understand why we're being so strict. We're tired of watching legends waist. And then when someone goes off trying to tell us and yell at us that so many legends haven't grown, its becuase of the legend's owner not RPing.
4. If you are creating a character to look after your legend, let us know - We don't have the time to read your journals, make a summary of the person, change the cert (your name will be in parenthasis), and all that Jazz. If its a babysitter, we'll understand. If its an owner, we also understand and will change the certs. When we read the journals, we get confused sometimes. XP Again, our Catch Phrase: Don't PM , IM! 5. We have the right to suspend/take away your journal - We are rightfully able to take your journal and legend away. If you don't abide by these rules, we have 200% rights with a mod. But, we won't get that far; or we hope not anyway.
6. We love plots!! - Duh. We love them. Keeps us in suspence! Tiny plots, like two posts, or a huge plot, like two pages, we love them all!! Keep 'em cranking! This really isn't a rule, just a reminder that plots are a great thing to persuade us to have your legend grow!
7. We have the right to deny you of a quest - This is if the information in RPs and Journal entries are not substantial. This also goes along with rule number (Insert rule number from shop rules here). We make quests based on your RP and Journal entires, without them, your Legend is nothing to us. We love each legend, as do you, but if a legend goes neglected, we don't love you. XD
8. If you don't have the time to make a journal entry, you may buy your legend to be a non-RP Legend - Its a lot of information. XD The price range varies. The price depends on how much detail you will have to be drawn. We, as a whole shop, has decided that anywhere from 100k to 300k would be fair. If you can't spare ten minutes a day and post an entry, we can't spare you gold! XD We kid. But seriously. Its only fair for those who DO RP and have to wait untill your NON-RP legend to be drawn.

2. No Putdowns - I know this is very kindergartenish, but its so damn true. Put a stalker/owner/artist/anyone down, you are NEVER getting a Legend. I'll be sure to spread the word around too. Sheesh, I know I'm being very irrational, but it is so wrong to yell at someone for a coincidence/the way you don't like something. Tough luck, read number 13 in the Shop Rules. Then think about what you're going to post. Gaia is a lot easier to think before you say, you have to type, then click post, and edit. We watch what you edit.
3. No Chatspeak - Chattalk to anyone and you shall burn in the firey pits of our fireplaces. This is a formal thread. We understand if you're making fun, but if you come in here, and we don't know you, and you start, "OFMG 111!!!!! 1'// 20000000000 1337. ph334!!!!eleven!1111!" You shall be grey listed, PMed this rule and get a nice explanation why we won't take you off the grey list untill you realize your mistake.
4. Try not to bug the owners. - XD Our inboxes are already spammed from eachother PMing eachother with problems, we don't need thirty million other PMs. If you see us in the thread; don't you dare jump down our throats and start asking us the thirty million questions that you wanted to send in thirty million PMs.
5. A shop administrator is almost on every time of the day. - Let it be QS, Xaria, Ches or an owner, so you can relax if you have a problem, worst comes to worst, you can IM Xaria. She's been on AIM for like a gazillion years. Even though her away message is up, she'll respond eventually...
