Looking past some of the natures and your battling style (whatnot of all the attack moves), moveset-wise the team looks good. I don't care much for Facade on Torterra (without say a Toxic Orb or something similar being the held item anyways) and personally would replace it with something like Superpower (but that's just me). You should also really look into working on a replacement/switch-in substitute for Palkia as most won't battle you on the Wi-Fi with it being an Uber and all. Defensively overall, be weary of Ground-types, especially speed demons like Garchomp with EQ (as they have the ability to wipe out half your team) and I think your team will do fine.

3nodding thank you very much smile
ya, im toying with a few other water types right now...
Milotic Starmie Gyarados Kingdra
Should i get something like a starmie because of its high speed (to kill the garchomps)?
Torterra...what if i dont want to cant rebreed to get a torterra with superpower? would a move like...synthesis/toxic be better? im not so good at making strategic movesets...just kinda guessing sweatdrop

For Torterra, both Leech Seed and Crunch seem like good alternative moves and out of the four you've listed, I'd go with either Milotic or Gyarados. Preferably Gyarados as his Flying type negates Ground attacks entirely and he also has the ability to learn Ice Fang and makes a great provoker of Electric attacks which with a quick switch out with Electivire, the provoked electric attack will enable it's Motor Drive ability and change any momentum into your favor.

Two common Garchomp's I see are Yache Berry sets and Choice Scarf sets. Since you are planning on using Starmie to kill Garchomp, your chances are very slim of success. Why? because by the time you Ice Beam Garchomp, he can just OHKO you with Outrage. If you're looking to kill Garchomp, I would suggest getting something bulky or a Mamoswine with Ice Shard. Weavile can work the same, but isn't as powerful thus cannot land the OHKO with Ice Shard.

Not bad. I like alot of the combinations of different types. And how you do use their pokemon's best stats. It can be improved, yes. But all-in-all, it's good.
