Just cause people are listed online doesn't mean they're browsing the guild at that moment. You can always feel free to start a hangout in towns.

I was just letting you know that people being listed as online does not mean they are reading the guild right now. If you start a topic "Party here" or "Hang out with me there", someone might see it and others might join. What you need to be able to account for is differences in forum times, or online privileges. Part of overcoming towns is being patient. ; )
