They finally have one of the features I use (abuse) from Safari - you start typing a URL in the location bar, and it searches and matches from your bookmarks and history. My bookmark organization is for crap, so this is one of the handiest features for me... sweatdrop
There's lots of other updates as well, and it does seem to cache/render my inventory MUCH faster than Firefox 2. I swear version 2 re-loads my inventory from scratch whenever I do something...
However, be aware that it's a "pre-release" candidate, and as such, some of your plug-ins and extensions may get disabled until the author releases a new version. Firefox 3 is supposed to be heavier on security, and it doesn't like plug-ins that don't follow specific rules.
Overall I'm beginning to like this as much as Safari. 3nodding

while I do enjoy the stability of Firefox it is also the one thing on my computer that over clocks it and causes it to shut down. Makes me craaaanky. *laughs*
