So I figured out what the titled meant after the movie. It means the decline of M. Night's movies are at critical mass. This movie was one of the worst I've seen since Days of Darkness: Rise of The Flesh Eaters. There's not even enough gore to keep you interested in it. There was only one scene that actually made it rated R, other than that it could pass for another stereotypical PG-13 movie.
Really, this movie was bad, I expected that going in but wow! It stunk more than Distirbia.
Barely any suicide scenes, a few chuckles at charcters and lines, and lots of scenes at Mark Walberg looking perplexed.
Hollow's Rating: D- (not an F because I liked the Lion scene)

I thought it looked good from the early previews, then the later ones came where could see more of the movie and the epic music had dropped so I realized it would probably suck. And a day or so ago I heard it sucked...from pretty much everyone.

This film just came out here last week, and I've seen a few trailers on TV. I don't think I'll go see it, it doesn't seem too good. Just mediocre. And I trust your review of it, Hollow, so I'll just wait until it gets to be a rental and maybe rent it with a friend.

Shymalan couldn't scare a preschool class. This movie was dead to me the moment it was announced.

I didn't really care for the couple movies I saw from him.

I liked Signs, it made me jump a few times and the scene where the alien is on the roof staring at Gibson is genius. The Village in and of itself was good, I was just dissapointed by the fact that there were no monsters. Lady in The Water was out of character, and I liked that. He stepped out of his box except for the fact that he was one of the main characters. That ruined it for me, oh and maybe the "a little to lovey" relationship with his sister.

I thought Signs was alright, nothing too great. Also, The Village was okay, the idea was brilliant but how he portrayed it wasn't too good. I haven't seen Lady in the Water, at least it doesn't sound familiar. But the only film I like from M. Night, is The Sixth Sense. Well it loses its charm after you've seen it twice, but still, the idea was great and it had you hooked the whole time.
