Back! I know, I know, it was a long time, but I've still been pretty busy. It's always work-work-work! *pout* Um...
But then, I guess it makes sense, because I did kind of make a big mess the other day... sweatdrop
But it was an accident! I was just trying to see if I could waft a little piece of paper towards me; I was in the library, and there were all books and stuff around me, and a really heavy one on my lap, so I didn't wanna stand up. So all I was doing was concentrating on it, like our practice-books said, so that a little breeze would pop up and push it over to me. Except I couldn't get it wafting at all! So I concentrated more, and then gave it a "push" with my mind, and then...
... I guess I concentrated too hard, because suddenly the windows flew open and WHOOSH!! The shutters banged open, and this huge gust of wind just started barreling around and knocked all of these books off the shelves, and made a big mess.
A REALLY big mess, and I was kinda just like O_O; looking at it. Um... Then Proteus came running in, looked around, and kind of sighed, then said he'd help me clean up. Karina and Reynard, too, and Lafayel; and we were almost done when Papa came in. I thought he might be mad, but he wasn't; he just said that it meant I had to practice a little less bookwork and a little more practical-work, so I don't do something like it again.
I don't mind, 'cause I like practicing magic better than writing about it. ^^

First off... I'm OLDER now! Mm-hmm, I grew up; not all the way, but now I'm a teenager! Aunt hoshi was saying that now Papa's REALLY in trouble, with another teenager in the house, but I don't feel too different, otherwise; just a little more restless, maybe.
Anyway, we had a LONG break from work; this whole past week was a Harvest-Festival! We decorated both houses, then held a big party at the main house; it was all fall-colored, and everybody helped set things up and make the dinner! We met lots of Apathetic's friends, who brought THEIR kids, so it was really fun, getting to meet everyone; the garden-maze out back was all fall colors, and of course the food was WONDERFUL! Katrina-neesan WAS leading the cooking, after all! ^_______^
I made the popcorn, but I ate almost as much as I popped... sweatdrop
Um... So, after all that, Papa says we have to get back to studying; it's going to be hard, though, after relaxing and not working for so long! gonk But it's probably for the best; Papa also said we're coming close to the end of our training, so the sooner we don't have to study anymore, the better!
I'm kind of worried about Proteus, though; he's been a little down ever since I grew. I think it's because he's supposed to be older than me, but I'm growing up faster than he is; Papa said it doesn't help that I pat him on the head now, so I'm going to try and stop that. I can't help it, though; I'm finally taller than he is! sweatdrop
I don't know what to do about it, though; he's been keeping to himself a lot, even more than he used to. Papa says it a "phase," and we just have to be understanding, so that's what I'll try to do.
