This is my pokemon recolor shop. Recolors are free, as I can do them in under five minutes on paint. I can do tattoos, just not very skilled, so only simple tattoos till I can do them well! Here you go:  Although I do wish to apologize, as I could not recolor you Charmander because of this problem I had, and it wouldn't look very good the way I would have had to recolor it.
