i got into skillet from my AWESOME cuzin.. well and his mom they played at church abd then they told me about them and now im hooked lol!!!

i got into skillet cuz one day at church these guys were break dancing to "Hero" by skillet in a really dramatic way and since the theme that day wuz "be a hero" they used dat song and i liked iit soo much. (my church has a theme every wednesday)

i got dragged to a christian concert called Rock the River last summer in stl
skillet played a couple of their newer songs and i was like holy crap this is awesme
lol now i listen to them like every day

My friend, Allye, had an extra ticket to Creation Fest in Mount Union, PA and she asked if I wanted to go. We listened to music by Skillet and Family Force 5 on the way to the festival, but I didn't pay much attention because I was extremely tired. But when Skillet performed, I fell in love with their song The Last Night. This song touched me because my uncle attempted suicide last year, but he attempted and succeeded at the end of January this year. And in the past few days since I've gotten home, I haven't been able to stop listening to their music. (:

Only I didn't get dragged to it, and I went to Creation Fest. But I'm now addicted to Skillet and Family Force 5. (:

My sister bought The Last Night on her ipod and I decided to listen to it and it was amazing so I looked up the band and the rest is history lol

i got into skillet when i was browsing through a store & they had a huge sign with their cds on sale. so i decided to sample it on the headphones they have at the store & thought it was addicting! havent stopped listening to them since!

When my friend and I would drive form schoo, her dad would often play Skillet. I loved Monster! Then, one day in Walmart, I spotted "Awake and Alive". I had to buy it, ALong with Lady Gaga's "The Fame Monster". And memorized the CD. I was SO addicted! Now whenever a Skillet song comes on, or Riah's dad plays Skillet, I sing along. ((Lol. I ask them to bring the CD now! Lol. =^.^= )) I'm not a big fan of Christian music, I don't even go to Church, hardly. So, I just think of it as relatonships and rock. =^.^= Wanna see a concert...Preferably, Awake. Lol. Not lost in the car anymore! WOOT! XD

well the way i got into them is kinda wierd haha i have verizon for ma phne nd i was bored one day nd when i get bored i go on v cast nd i was randomly looking stuff up when i came across them nd i instantly feel in love even tho it only plays 20 seconds of the sng but i thought they were amazing so i went on utube nd looked them up... this yr is actually when they became my fav band eva after i heard monster. now every time i go in my car i blast their music xD heart heart heart whee

I was with my friend after school one day and I was going through the songs on her mp3 player...I came across the song Monster. I listened to it and I loved it at once. After I got home I looked up the song and my love of Skillet began...
