Abla's feet lightly touched the ground as she sauntered to the lake, her favorite lake. She knew this land by heart. She could see outlines, faintly, of rocks and creatures, but if she couldn't she would be able to get around anyway. All of her children had grown. On top of that she had three grandsons. She felt like she was drifting away lately. Not really around, she woudn't mind having more cubs, but at the same time she wasn't sure.
She sat down at the waters shore, waiting for Gidith, they needed some couple time, just to be alone for a while.

 Gidith slowly walked towards Alba, his mane blowing in the small breeze. He stopped for a minute and just looked at her with a slight smile on his face. It had been a while since they had time to themselves and with the kids gone and Zaffar off on an errand, now was a good time.

Abla purred as soon as she caught the scent of Gidith, then she noticed his outline. She sauntered over with a smile to him and nuzzled him. "Hello love." She sat down on her haunches with a goofy smile then licked his maw. "I've been looking forward to today." She whispered slightly.

"As have I." he said and rubbed his cheek against her "It seems like forever since we've been alone, hasn't it?" he said with a small chuckle, waving his tail contently.

Abla nodded, purring, she wrapped her tail around her back leg. "Yes it has. Sadly everyone has grown..." Her voice drifted slightly. She leaned against him with a smile. "I miss the pitter-patter of little paws." She said in a quiet voice.

He looked at her with a slight grin "I see." he said and leaned against her too. Truth be told, he missed having little ones around too. "Maybe one day..." he started to say and closed his eyes, the breeze blowing through his mane.

"So we got the night to our selves... What do you want to do?" She asked him nuzzling into his mane with a smile. She flicked her hair out of her eyes then her ears flicked listioning to what was around her.

He smiled and licked her cheek "How about a walk?" he asked, shaking his mane and nuzzling her with the side of his face.
