Get so sleep deprived, that after you do sleep you still feel ravaged by the sleeplessness? Yar. Yay me!

That just happened to me. I sleep in my room during the day a lot and sometimes, because it gets so hot in my room in the afternoon, I wake up with a raging headache stressed It sucks.

I get this a lot. But the headaches usually hit me some hours later after I've woken up. Like when I do get up I might feel fine, not sleepy or anything, but then WHAM! three hours later I have a massive migraine and I'm feeling so so tired.
Like yesterday (Thursday) I couldn't sleep in the night, I went to sleep on Wednesday evening at 11 pm like I usually do, then I woke up at 3.10 am and couldn't sleep at all after that. I knew I had to get up at 6 am, but still I could only nap for short periods of time for the following 3 hours. It was horrible. But when I got up at 6 am, I wasn't tired at all! I thought I'd beat the sleeplessness by sleeping way too little, but alas... when the clock struck 3 pm I was exhausted and barely made it through the final hour at work. Then I got back home at about 5 pm and knew I could nap... but I couldn't, since I wasn't tired again. stare Luckily, I began feeling sleepy again at around 9 pm, so I went to sleep for 10 pm and slept straight till 6.30 am until I had to get up this morning.
