Sister: Jeanine Rochelle a.k.a The Beauty. Pristine, face lightly covered in makeup, afriad to get dirty period, and daddy's little girl. She is 16 years old and one of the most popular girls at her high school.

Pets: A black cat named Viper and an Owl named Demetrius(previously owned by Amelia's father and given to her for her 9th birthday)

Amelia Rochelle: Born July 11, 1992


History: Living in The United States of America for most of her life
Amelia( at this point 10) and her family moved from Madison, Wisconsin to London, England due to her father (Daniel Rochelle) being offered a position with Scotland Yard. The move was tough on the family especially on Amelia and her older brother (Matt Rochelle) and younger sister (Jeanine Rochelle) since they left everything they knew (their family, their culture, their schools, their friends, etc) in Wisconsin. It was known to Amelia as the summer of despair she finally had grown to the point that she found her place amongst her classmates at school and now she was to start over again. The summer went buy and the rest of the family adapted quickly to their new lives in London however Amelia was the only one focusing on the past that lead her to this. One day she went into her father's study to look at some old pictures when she discovered what appeared to be a stick lying on top of his desk. When Amelia picked it up, sparks admitted out of the tip of the stick almost setting fire to the curtains. Startled the girl dropped the stick and ran from the room. From that point on she never mentioned what had happened to anyone in her family not even her trusted brother Matt. Who was to know that this event would bring about the greatest change ever to Amelia's life. On her 11th birthday she received a letter from a place called Hogwarts that informed her that she was a witch. When she confronted her father about the letter, Daniel told his daughter that he was a wizard who worked for the Ministry of Magic's department of Magical Law Enforcement but after Jeanine was born and Maria(their mother) was killed by a death eater he decided to move to the states and live a life without magic. When Amelia asked why her brother and sister didnt get a letter her father told Amelia that it seems her two siblings were like their mother who was a muggle("non-magic folk" her father responded when Amelia looked at him confused). Amelia decided to go to Hogwarts because something told her this was where she belonged in London. When arriving she was sorted into Ravenclaw house. She is now 17 and looking into being an Auror at the Ministry of Magic.

Wears mostly dark colored clothes and a dog tag around her neck which was given to her by her great uncle who fought in WWII.

Diving Deeper: Living a lie for most of her entire life Amelia hasnt been one to talk about her past. Despite her love to be around other people she usually keeps to herself since she has a hard time trusting others. Turns out her mother trusted some people and they sold her out to the remaining death eaters. She is quiet, kind and caring to others(those who she trusts), has a sense of humor but is serious most of the time, hard-working, dependable, confused about where she wants to be in life, intelligent, mostly responds with emotion, and understanding. At this point in time she is just trying to find out where she belongs which as of the moment is her family and in the wizarding world. She is interested in history, reading, sports, and writing epic stories of a heroine who over comes great odds as she is trying to do now(living without a mother to help guide her, and growing up in a new world and life.) Her main problem is she tries to hard to the point she puts herself down when she fails and if a friendship fails she falls apart but despite all of this she soon finds the strength to get up and continue.

Taking a closer look: Returning from Quidditch practice after an exhausting scrimmage as chaser Amelia returned to the castle to attend her dueling club meeting. As she was about to enter the Great Hall she heard a snide voice call out: "Hey Rochelle, heard you got a letter from home who died now that you ran out of the Great Hall crying like a baby" Turns out the voice was from the rich and "all powerfull" Ashley Sanchez from Slytherin House. "None of your business" Amelia replied but before she could walk away Ashley whispered just loud enough for Amelia to hear: "Bet it was her squib/muggle nerdy brother :pah: waste of blood that joker is" Before Amelia could whip out her wand and shoot a spell Professor Longbottom (Herbology professor and head of Hufflepuff house) emerged from around the corner. "What's going on here" he demanded staring at the four girls present. "Nothing sir" came the reply of the three Slytherin girls. When Professor Longbottom to Amelia she merely shrugged. Turns out the Professor heard the whole thing and docked Ashley 5 points for her comments before smiling to Amelia and walking away. Now feeling slightly better the young Ravenclaw walked into her meeting to practice a new dueling spell "Dologio"(Turns your opponent into a plastic doll and now unable to use a wand).
