So if me and my hubby are stationed somewhere and we wanna get divorced, will the cg pay for me to move back to my state or am i stranded in the town we live in right now

pretty sure you are crap out of luck.
one person of higher rank once told me "My wife and kid were not issued to me in a Seabag..."
You made the choice to marry, you made the choice to end it. I'm pretty sure the Military will make the choice to not bother anymore....
But that might be wrong, depending on how long you've been married and some other circumstances. I'd consult a marriage lawyer, they will have some experience with military and divorce.

to be honest, ive nvr been married but im pretty sure you dont...unless ur husband is a major ranking officer...im pretty sure ur on ur own

Depending on the divorce itself, (your reason for getting it basically, and how you two plan on going about it,) you should have the option to negotiate payment (full OR partial) and maybe even arrangements from your ex to help move you back home.
Obviously I wouldn't encourage trying to get him for all he's worth or anything like that but something fair should be possible.
The military does seem to somewhat understand that no one gets married thinking they are gonna get a divorce, and that it is an unexpected and unfortunate event. Although it IS a choice to get married, it is not a choice you can ever fully comprehend or understand until you experience it. (Just like many other things in life.) And although divorce is also a choice, it is often a lesser of two evils.

o know my aunt got stranded when she divorced her husband. i think it might depend on how far you have to move back.
