This is the Village of all Arts
Any ninja coming here must be aware that they might not be able to go out never again without the permission of the Hokage.
After getting to Genin Rank ninjas will undergo special training and after the special Chunnin exams , ninjas will be sent into special missions to set trace seals into other young academy ninjas from various villages to later gather make them come to the Village.
Various effects including Death can be caused if a Trace seal is broken.
Each ninja will have to wear a headband with the symbol of the village:
- Every new ninja to the village should post their profiles on the respective profile area-
( As soon as more members join the village I'll divide them all into squads of 3 , but I also need Jonnins in order to do that )
