Urg..
I've been questing for the gaia small shirt for about a month now. So every afternoon I would check the prices of the gaia small shirt. Yesterday the price for it was around 350k in the marketplace (It has been this price for a while)
So when I woke up this morning to check the price the lowest buy price was 1million gold!!
Jeez..Inflation is terrible.
-Has something like this happen to you before when questing?
-Are there any other items that have jumped in price literally overnight?

gah I hate it when that happens, I was questing for horns and they went from 1.4 mil. to 2 mil. in a day

My NM headband.
I was questing for it at 350k at the time and it shot up to 450k. X___X
Then..the OMG boxes came out and caused some deflation. (320k)
We may get another box?

Although I was lucky I got a coco kitty at 90k just before the day when they went up to 180k

That sucks I got my coco just before it jumped from 250k to 300k now its at 400k

when an item has very few out there up for sale prices can jump easily . . . cause if someone goes to sell it and there's none listed they'll overprice it . . . and everyone following will do so as well . . . causing an artificial inflation that most people think is a normal price inflation . . .

I know, price will jump like... 2 mill D:
It actually happened to me, I was questing for an elegant veil when they first came...
I got my 17k...
then the b*****d jump to 21 D:
and it didn't went down again... crying
It became personal...
I still don't have it, because it brings me bad memories...

Deflation sucks too sometimes... but I got my coco for free from a very, very nice friend when they were 310k. Best birthday present EVER?!?!
But yeah, inflation sucks. I feel bad for all of the people who get suckered into buying AI'ed items.... has anyone seen the prices of the old starter items? Sheesh... D:

 Oh, I saw you post this in the GCD xD.
Thankfully, I never got bitchslapped full in the face by inflation. Only properly quested for one thing (a 15k Whip of Fire doesn't count xd ) and thankfully, I got it JUST before the superinflation shot it into the millions. Well. 1mil, anyway

Yeah... NM scarf jumped from 7mill to 14 mill over night... F*cking artificial inflation stressed It's slowly deflating now, but it's still irritating. Keep an eye on prices, sometimes it drops pretty quickly too.
