GameStop stores in the United States will give away Deoxys to visitors with Pokémon Diamond or Pearl games the weekends of June 20-22 and 27-29, according to promotional material distributed to stores.
Details on the Pokémon's move set, held items and other conditions are not yet known. Be sure to check your local Gamestop to see if they are doing this event.

Hopefully it will be worth the effort. The Darkrai I got not only had special moves but a super rare berry as well. So, perhaps the same will go for Deoxys.

Lol too bad they wouldn't give out speed forms razz I just wished I lived in the States razz I don't get the event here. I am in Canada.

I wonder if that is the only form they're giving out to be honest. As long as I don't get another Defense form, I think I shall be happy. 3nodding
