Hello Everyone...
A few of you may already know me but I am Siel_the_Crystal_Rain, or Siel Innes... I am 3rd seat of Squad 1 and ready to help this guild as much as possible... I have been trying to get to Lt. position in squad 1 but recently found out from my real life girlfriend, Yachiruthecutie, or Chisu, that Captain Sky Vespa left... I wont go into details about why but now it seems that his squad is experiencing some major issues with their captain now absent...
Basically the squad is becoming unstable and Yachi tells me that members may be sent to other squads because there is no captain...
So right now I have jumped on this chance to try to save that squad... this may seem overly presumputous of me, but I want to become Captain of that squad... I am currently trying to gather support from the members who know me like Miss Rukia, Captain Shinzo, and many others... and as such I am trying to ensure everyone involved that I can do a wonderful job...
Again I apoligise if this is not the place (or way) for this, but I feel that I must help that squad right now, without waiting... I have extended experience in managing many many members at once, and consulting with them, helping them, and training them to be better people, soul reapers and family members. I am currently with another Bleach Guild, in which I am playing a MAJOR role in supporting... I donated the 20k to the leader to start the guild he wanted, now I am 3rd seat and am managing all the members Training, help calls, etc all by myself
I created the Rank Up Exam for the members of that guild so that every fortnight (or month), the members have a chance at getting recognition for their hard work... I am currently, with one other member, planning a Tournament for all members in which everyone has the same handicap, and the winner earns themself a wonderful prize... and soon, once we get more members in that guild, we can start the classes in the Soul Reaper academy, for which I will be the teacher...
My Rank in that guild is 3rd seat, yes, but I take on many responsibilities not unlike a true captain. My rank says "RP Trainer and Monitor" which extends to many avenues, such as laying out the RP rules and guidelines, as well as many suggestions for advancement. I train all of the new members myself, and soon i will have one of my students/colleagues helping me to teach a large number of recruits.
As you can tell its all happening and I am coping well. It's lots of fun and I also have to say, I joined THIS guild first, and have met some wonderful people, and will do anything I can to help. I wont go on about what i have already done here, but if you really wanna know, ask miss Rukia for example (|| Rukia ||).
I ask that the captains not stress about the sudden loss of our captain too much... I know you have lost a friend in the guild but I would like to step in and hopefully keep his shoes warm until he hopefully comes back... (to tell you guys the truth Yachi and I are still trying to convince him to stay...)
Well.. I have kinda lost my place with all of this talking so i guess I'll leave it at that... questions that anyone has, or possible talking-to's that some people may wanna give me, I will accept humbly. Just please know that this is not a move to benefit myself, but to help the squad Captain Vespa left so suddenly... and guys - please dont take it out on him... he has alot on his plate and i respect him so much...
Just so everyone is clear, as soon as i heard that another squad would lose its members, I instantly felt that I needed to do something to help everyone... I hope all the higher-ups will see me for what I really am and give me a chance, and I hope for my friends' support throughout this confusing time...
Thanks for putting up with such a long post guys... at least i hope you are putting up with it ^^;;
