 Well, seeing as how the folklore dictates that he is a spectre of some kind, I would say yes, as I firmly believe in the paranormal.
There are things in existence that science and religion just cannot explain. If you look, you will find them.

Nope. But I did get scared of the darkened depths of my closet for a while when I was a kid. And that was because I went to bed after watching Goosebumps.
