I just can't stop staring at the Thor's hammer. But aside from that, I think it would be much improved by the addition of white lace around the hem. I can't really tell from the picture, how wide do you intend the sash to be? I personally think one going from waist to ribs would be wide enough for the desired "little Victorian girl" effect, without going straight to obe.
