Is the manga a lot different than the anime on this one (I have read a few of later manga in the series but I pretty much stopped watching the anime when they got to Alabasta (not sure if I spelled that right) then a few weeks later I was going to start watching again but when I heard the new voice acting I just didn't watch.....

I watched the first few episodes of it then stopped, cause they edited out all the blood, which makes it no fun! And I would have to agree, the manga is REALLY different!
