Which brand of petticoats are better? Vicoritan maiden, milky ange or BTSSB? 9or another?) I want one that is really poofy :3

I don't have mine yet (it's being made as we speak), but I've heard In the Starlight's poof petticoat is good.

Edit: I got my petticoat and I love it! It's very comfortable and shapes the skirt nicely.
