I've already came up with an aerial CAS, the Liger Zero Flieger, just post other ideas here in this format: CAS Name:Zero Flieger Battle Specialty:Aerial Combat Appearence:  Weapons: Hidden Foucused Particle cannon, Strike Laser Claws(2), Double-barreled mini Gravity Guns(2), Double-barreled AZ 208mm shock cannon

This is one I came up with awhile back, but I was never much one for Ligers, so I didn't really have a purpose for it.
Liger Zero Graber (Grah-ber)
It's an underground fighter, the majority of the front portion is covered in a drill when underground while there are low class ion thrusters on the back to move it forward, the drill slides to protect the back when above ground, and the ion thrusters cannot be used. It has 30mm forehead mounted laser cannons like a lightning saix, a semi-heat seeking missile system, and a 30mm particle cannon positioned between the ion thrusters pointing upwards, for underground combat, it cannot be used while in motion. Maximum speed is somewhere between a regular zero and a panzer.
By the way, you should follow the traditional CAS naming system for your new armors, they're all German, your aero, should actually be called Flieger (Flee-ger)
Jager - Junter
Schneider - Cutter
Panzer - Armoured
Flieger - Flyer
Graber - Digger
One last thing, the Flieger should have a light green paint job and the Graber has a deep brown paint job.

Oops, my bad, I thought I put hunter. Anyway, here you go again.
Liger Zero Taucher (Taw-sher)
Has large swept back fins protruding from each side and one on it's back. This Liger Zero Armor system is used for underwater combat. When underwater thrusters ont the legs cause forward momentum. The legs fold up into the body. When folded up the liger resembles a harrier fighter jet, it is much too heavy however for flight due to it's weapon systems. It is equipped with Twin Dual AZ Torpedo Pods, Dual AZ 30mm pulse cannons, Twin Dual AZ 30mm Impact Cannon Pods, Sea-to-air Missile Lanuchers, Dual 20mm Cannon Pods.

Specialty: Stealth
Appearence: Black basic Zero armor with optic camo for stealthy attacks.
CAS Name: Zero Gletscher(Glacier)
Specialty: Artic battles
Appearance: Sky blue, bladed armor, with special claw armor to dig into slippery ice.
CAS:Zero Feuer(Fire)
Specialty: Volcanic or high temp battle.
Appearence: Thick Red, Orange and Yellow armor shaped tho resist drag in magma.
CAS:Zero Räumlich(Spatial)
Specialty:Spatial combat
Appearence: Basic Zero armor in the colors of the Spatial Pokemon, Palkia, its Spatial Laser Claw can open spatial rifts.

You forgot hailstorm in the poll. Liger Zero X is just a liger Zero with red armor. Hailstorm is the armor that came with the Liger Zero X Model.
As for a made up CAS armor I would come up with something like Liger Zero Slash. Be a bit of a fusion between Jager and Schnider

I have a new one for ya. Here ya go. The Liger Zero Träumer.
It's a close quarters, no damage Zero, mainly for support, it is exactly like a regular zero except it is also equipped with a smokescreen. This is no ordinary smoke, this smoke is ordinary grey and isn't very dense. This allows it to seep into even the tiniest of cracks and work it's magic on enemy pilots, confuse them. This gas has a 10 minute effect on pilots and makes them believe that they are under attack by everybody else. While effectively making them attack their allies, they will still attack their enemies as well. You can only use this once and it affects every pilot including you and your allies, so make use of this gas when you find it to be most effective.
