So here will will figure out how to make GIT more functional, provide members with something to do IC and OOC as well as run smoother and more efficiently.


Main Branch: Intel, Editors, Code. They are responsible for keeping the spirit of GIT working, to gather info and get it ready for the public. Gathering processing and deciphering information for the better of Gaia.

The main branch of GIT includes all forms of information gathering, from in field work to right here at the office. Not only will people under this branch search for information or perform missions but they will also decipher and prepare info.

Office Workers: A mainly IC job Office Workers are responsible for placing reports in the correct area, informing higher ups, and keeping things organized.

Intel: The most important aspect to GIT Intel is responsible for gathering information and feeding the brain of GIT. Without there is literally nothing. In this branch there are a few types of jobs to perform.

The Agent: An agent is essentially a spy, however spying is not often the goal and not done so often. We do not wish to get on bad terms with other groups. You will gather info in field, ICly and OOCly. Search Gaia for news and even towns or other hangouts of Gaia. You will be given a mental and physical course to complete before being a true agent of GIT. You will be expected to perform special tasks and missions, things we do not need to be known and done quickly and professionally.

The De-Coder: You will be expected to have a knowledge of different decoding messages as well as a creative mind. What we are looking for here is two part, one and most obvious would be to break codded messages but secondly to search through information trying to gather more from it, essentially theorizing. However sufficient proof and backing should be provided.

The Editor: An editor must read through all gathered information deciding what is important and needed and what is just noise. They must also be unbiased when editing information for the public, everything we do must allow the reader to chose what they believe based on the information, don't turn them in one direction but open all doors for them and let them explore it further. You will also be responsible for proof reading and making sure things are well spoken and error free.


Secondary Branch: Military, Security, make sure we have the power to protect and make sure other groups dont go to far.

The secondary branch of GIT is to serve the guild and protect our interests and people. To do so a strike force will be assembled and trained and will be expected to perform well in combat. This branch will also be responsible for weeding out spies in our group and for checking up on other groups making sure they follow what treaties have been made that we are involved in, as well as protecting our interests in these groups.

Military: You will be expected to perform well in combat, to be tough and ready to fight for us if the need arises, even our allies. You will also keep track other groups checking to make sure they are not over stepping their bounds beyond what is acceptable. We can not always get involved and shouldn't but it will be obvious when others have stepped over that line.

Security: You will protect the building and it's people, ready to give your life to protect the members of this group and to keep all threats out, this includes searching for spies in our guild. You will also keep track of treaties.


Third Branch: Public Relations, Research(science), Training, recruiting.

The third branch of GIT is responsible for furthering GIT in relation, technology, defenses, upkeep, and improving members.

Public Relations: You will be responsible for dealing with other groups, formal greeting, attending events, delivering messages, as well as recruiting new members and introducing them to the guild. Making certain they understand the basics and have them take a few tests to place them if they do not know where they wish to go.

Research: The science behind GIT you are responsible for making it all function. Without the computers and programs we have nothing would work, without the weapons and defenses we are defenseless. This job is more of an IC job where most will be scientists or engineers looking to create something new to further GIT's abilities. But this will extend OOCly, on certain subjects research outside of Gaia will be needed, where did the idea for that Evolving Item come from? Your job will be to find outside sources to provide as much detail for the public as we can. (Example: Hermes Moon is inspired by a Japanese legend, speaking of the rabbit who appears to be in the moon.)

Training: You will be responsible for testing all other branches and keeping them in top condition. You will set up tests to place, to refresh, and to ensure they are right for the job they are in. You will be required to create your own tests to make sure others are never ready for what is to come, to not allow them to know ahead of time and see how fast and well they can react to what is given. Those in this branch most certainly can and probably will be in other jobs.
