STAR WARS KNIGHTS OF THE OLD REPUBLIC takes place 4000 years before the Fourth Movie, and the story is about.... you. In the game you create your own(human) character and start on the Endar Spire, a Republic ship and your under attack by the Sith. You and your companion( who dies after 10 minutes) need to go to the bridge to get Bastila, the Jedi general of the ship who has the special ability of Force Meditation which she uses to influences her allies to fight and deprive her enemeis of their will to fight. She escapes, which leaves you to get off the ship luckily you meet up with Carth Onasi who has been holding up an escape pod for you. Then you two begin your descent to Taris.....
