I recently got a job, and I get my first paycheck in 2 weeks. I want to buy a new Harvest Moon game, and I was wondering what one is better. Rune Factory, or DS Cute?
Also, is there any out for PSP yet?

It all depends on what you want to do. I have both games (but I only have a file on DS cute) Rune Factory is a violent Harvest Moon in which you kill stuff and the graphics beat that of DS Cute. DS Cute is a more traditional kind of Harvest Moon, but the bachelors are pretty much the same as those from ANWL except for Skye the Bish. My little brother likes Rune Factory (says it's either the killing, or the fishing). You can also play Poker, Blackjack, and Memory on DS Cute when you unlock the certain sprites. Personally, DS Cute is driving me nuts, because I have nothing and I don't know how to get much of anything, so I'm switching over to RuneFactory for a bit, so yeah.
Maybe you should just save up for both . . .
On second thought, buy Rune Factory.

Save up for both! You usually get paid a lot when you just start a job so you don't quit. xp

I might actually buy both. I no longer have to pay my mom back for my phone, so I should have enough after I buy some summer clothes and take out some to save up for my mom's ring.

Ehh, Rune Factory is a bit too easy. The fighting plot takes a year to beat and once you're done with that, all you can do is marry.
However, the characters in Rune Factory have much more of a personality than the characters in HMDS.
But overall, I enjoyed HMDS more than RF.

Well, I own both, and I like both. The graphics of Rune Factory give me a headache because there's a few mistakes and stuff. you have 2 fight monsters, beat giant bosses and farm at the same time. Harvest Moon DS Cute is almost exactly like Harvest DS and Harvest Moon ANWL, except theres more bachelors and u can marry the mineral town boys without the game ending (or so i hear.. everywhere). you also get to wear different outfits and change the wallpaper. I like DS Cute more only because Rune Factory became a little too complicated. I just didnt know who to marry lol. and on Rune Factory you can only save in 1 slot, not being able 2 use the other unless u start a new game.
I think you should save up for both, this way YOU can decide ^_^
