My english teacher is letting me show a clip from Labyrinth on thursday (this week) because I've been asking since I got back from spring break. I just don't know which part to show! I don't think my classmates would be mature enough to see the Magic Dance part.

From a teacher's point of view (I am finishing up my degree to become a teacher, by the way), I would show the section just after the Magic Dance scene, where Sarah confronts the riddle doors.
To bring in some class participation, I would pause just after the guardsmen posed the riddle, and then ask the class to figure it out before Sarah gives the answer.
Instead of being merely entertainment, this exercise would get your class thinking and has some actual educational merit.

*giggles* I'd think you'd all adore my school even though I'm not in the class I've heard the art teacher adores labyrinth and shows often. Notr to mention in one the rooms there are posters from movies and guess which one, one of my friends' sits under...labyrinth.
