Appearence:His upper torso and arms are green with a red triangle in the middle, and his elboes have small blades at the ends. his hair is blue and his legs are white, and built for running and lifting, as well as combat. he often wears heavy clothing to conceal his morphed status. Unless he is in the pokemorph camp, he wears medical bandages covering his face and arms, gloves on his hands, sunglasses, a fedora, large boots, a trench coate and long pants. People often stare at him, his awkward appearance troubling, but he tries not to seem out of the ordinary. When in the camp, he wears a blue yukata, blue jeans and a straw hat. He almost always sleeps and is often called a 'good for nothing'.
History: Kuroi lived from a very young age in the team rocket facility, his mind and body being molded to their will. As his phisical training waws increased, his intellectuallity was constntly being dulled, to avoid development of psychic abilities. Unfortunately for Team Rocket, a psychic pokemorph will continue to be a psychic pokemorph so, his psyche remained advanced beond human intellect, although he very rarely uses it. By age seven, Kuroi was able to defeat two machamp and lift them both with his mind. By twelve, his powers doubled. Because of the rigorous training, he was always being forced to push his limits so he would be a powerful asset to Giovanni's private bodyguarding force. When he escaped the facility, the only reason he had the strength to escape was the result of his torturous training.. Team Rocket did not have anything strong enough to hold him.

Since he had close to a few hours of sleep each month at the rocket compound, kuroi spends most of his time sleeping, thinking it a precious commodity. When he is not asleep, kuroi contributes as much as possible to the eventual downfall of Team Rocket. At first glance he seems like a lay-about.
