Hooray! Kirstopher was finally born after being in labor for about 30+ hours. I was dialated at 7 for 2 hours and the doctor was getting impatient so they sent me in to have a c-section. It was really scary and shocking for me, but Kurt was there the whole time for me. I'm glad they didn't let me progress in labor any longer; Kristopher had his cord wrapped around his neck twice and around his lower body. He came out just fine after the c-section though and looked just fine. We just got out of the hospital today and are settling into our new room together. Hopefully daddy will come and visit us again sometime soon.

He's a little bundle of joy! My c-section scar hasn't hurt for a few days now, and it looks pretty good now. Kristopher barely ever cries, he sleeps for 3-5 hours at a time. (our record was sleeping in 6 hours) he sleeps at good times of the day for my schedule. He is very vocal even though he doesn't cry much. He makes little shreiks, gurggles and other weird noises all the time. His dad only stayed with us a day and is now going to work to try and save up to come back down before Kristopher is a month old. We also are hopeing that he'll move down here whithin the next few months.
